“Tried it for the first time today and it was amazinggg. Hidden gem in the mall food court. We tried the beef rice bowl and the fried crispy chicken rice bowl. The chicken was crispy and the spices blended together so well. The beef bowl was also some of the best ive tried.

“Solid Chinese noodle soup spot with very authentic flavors. I dined in a few weeks ago for a quick lunch and found the dining room relaxing and clean, with easily accessible water, tableware, and napkins. I enjoyed the minced pork noodle soup, very filling and a pretty good value for the area.

Be warned, if you’re a spice baby like me, the menu is very spicy-forward so your options may be limited.“

“I always come here after a long day of a work trip. Coming from a place where most hot pots are all you can eat. I was a little shocked by the prices, but once I received my order and saw the portion in the quality, I totally understood. Flavors are great and ingredients are fresh. You’re paying for a cleanliness and quality. Servers are kind and accommodating and check on you often. You don’t need to order a ton to leave here feeling very full and satisfied.“

“Chris was our waiter today. We came in with my wife’s 100 year old grandfather and 99 year old Grandmother on her birthday. They are from Shanghai. Chris immediately knew to bring kids waters, 2 hot waters for the grandparents and 2 regular waters for myself and my wife. Service was fast and accurate. The food soup base was perfect and the food was very fresh with great portions. The ice cream for grandma’s 99th birthday was a great touch. We look forward to coming back again.“

“I'm really happy to have an AYCE hotpot place in the UWS! The staff here were all really friendly. There was a mix-up with a reservation issue, and the staff were very apologetic about the inconvenience, and happily accommodated us the next day. They're newly open, so we think there was just a sudden influx of new customers that they weren't expecting.

The food was delicious-- we got the spicy soup base and tomato soup base in a split pot. We only put in one order of all our ingredients, but the server reminded us that it's AYCE and that we shouldn't be shy about ordering more, which was really nice. They were much less busy on Sunday evening, so noise level was very good for conversation, and you don't feel like you need to rush for other customers to come in.

The selection of meats and veg is great, and the sauce bar has everything that I normally use for hotpot sauces!

“Great service. We got a private room so it was cozy and intimate with my friends. There was a huge selection of food. There’s a man outside who grills mussels and oysters outside, and it’s part of the hotpot experience. Definitely recommend.“

“The food was delicious and the portions were big. The meal comes with complimentary chicken feet. We had a dry pot with 2 meats and 4 veggies (and it came with peanuts and cilantro) and a small order of hot and sour fish (which looked like a medium portion!). Everything was very flavorful! You can choose your spice level for dry pot. White rice is complimentary and you can ask for more.

The prices were very reasonable. It came out to a little over $40, before tip :) my dad and I ate until we were stuffed and went home with leftovers enough for 2-3 meals!

“Randomly decided to dine here before a show at Webster Hall. Every single thing we ordered was absolutely delicious. Teppen gyoza, kimchi beef fried rice, dynamite roll, and mango martini. Definitely plan on returning.“

“I absolutely love this place. I have a very bad case of long covid since October 2021 where almost everything smells and tastes rotten or sickly sweet. I am able to eat the hot pot miso ramen soup with a lot of different vegetables, and I can have the chocolate cake/cupcakes. So delicious! I can also eat the white rice and the grilled pineapples. Before finding out that I can have all of this, I was losing a massive amount of weight, thank God for the few things that I can have here, I’m able to maintain my weight now. I just tend to go a bit crazy with what I can eat because I’m so hungry from not really eating the other days. The workers are amazing. The manager, Justin is really nice and very funny. The owner Darin is also very nice. Love the atmosphere and the music, I still can’t eat the other things and the smells from the other foods still bother me but I deal with it just so I can eat what I’m actually enjoying there. “I was starving before I got here. My stomach was growling so loudly it could be heard in LA. My friends and I picked the diamond tier, half spicy miso and half house broth. Spicy miso wasn't thaaaat spicy but I liked the flavor a lot. The staff is attentive they bring you more food super quickly. I got a strawberry cocktail IT WAS SYRUP. no alcohol in it , or at least I didn't taste it. I had one sip and I thought j was drinking FABULOSO cleaning agent !!!!! Obviously don't wear clothes in here that you don't want a scent trailing after you . You will be craving meat all day. I liked the shoulder it was the least fatty. However I went to my doctor and they said I have a cholesterol issue so I can't come here often otherwise I might x__x“

“This place is an amazing experience if you really like shabu shabu and also appreciate well crafted experiences that aren't just about overloading you with meat/sauce.

The service is amazing, the people at the counter will cook the meat for you, regularly replace your bowls/dishes if they fill with broth, skim the fat out of your pot.

The meat is really high quality as well, I believe they source their wagyu straight from Japan and the quality is beyond what I can generally find in new york.

There are a lot of sauces and the restaurant puts a lot of care into serving interesting sauces & combinations. It seems they're always trying something new, when I went, they had just freshly prepared some nori sauce. The server will help you understand what sauce combinations work well, for which meats. I found that all their suggestions were amazing and really elevated the taste.

Their ice cream was made in-house, when I went, there was black sesame and earl grey. Both had an amazing crisp texture and soft sweetness.

Overall an amazingly unique meal with amazing service and just a beautiful, cozy spot.“

“We haven’t been in four years. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food remains and how refreshed the restaurant look after the renovation from 2 yrs ago. The restaurant looks brighter, lighter and just more fun. The night we came for dinner, the clientele seemed younger and again more fun. That said, the star of the night remains the food. The beef in our sukiyaki was soft, and super yummy. The veggies were complimentary and rounded out the flavors of our dish. We ordered extra prime beef, and veggies and noodles. We also order more beer and sake. We totally enjoyed our evening. If you have never been or haven’t been in a while come again or come back and give it another try. You won’t be disappointed and we highly recommend.“
