“I had an amazing experience dining here tonight. My boyfriend & I wanted to explore Vietnamese cuisine. I’m vegan & loved that they had multiple options for me. We ordered steamed vegetable dumplings to start. Fresh ingredients and the perfect starter to a great meal. The Thai milk tea was outstanding. Not too sweet yet creamy and addictive. The staff directed me towards the lemongrass pho with vegetables and tofu. It was out of this world! The lemongrass flavor was rich and comforting. My boyfriend ordered the Bánh mì. It was sweet and savory - the perfect balance. The baguette was fresh and the meat was very seasoned and well cooked. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Andy. You can tell he’s passionate about his restaurant and customers. I said I added too much chili oil to my broth (rookie mistake - it’s very spicy!) and he was kind enough to add more broth to my leftovers to lessen the heat. He was accommodating, friendly and kind. We can’t wait to explore the whole menu. Highly recommended!“

“Pho One is consistently a great choice. Tasty food, big portions, good price. Service has been quick every time we came in. I highly recommend this place.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure how difficult navigating their double door is but once inside, it's a spacious place, should be good.“

“It was my first time visiting your establishment and I am very pleased with the service and the food was delicious will definitely be going back. I ordered the seafood pho 🍲 and it was a 10/10 and in a cold winter evening it was the best thing to order“

“I used to order Pho from here all of the time and now it is different. I came on google to see if there was a change and saw the comment below that it’s new owners so it makes sense. I noticed a difference in the quantity of noodles and lack of chop sticks with my order and that’s what made me check on google.
It’s about $5 more per Pho. They do give a large portion of meat which is nice.
I do wish this business well, the pho is still good, but the ordering system is a little different too for building your pho as well.“

“My goodness let me start by saying I’m lucky the pizza place ended up being closed I stopped in to wrap up some work and grab a bite to eat I was welcomed with suggestions for the popular pork chop and went with that with a substitute of fried rice for the white rice and it was amazing with hot tea on a cold day 5 stars all the way around they do not short change you on the quantity of food that arrives on your plate and the taste is absolutely amazing top notch!“

“We decided to try this place on a whim, and I’m so glad we did! It’s a no-frills, hole-in-the-wall spot that serves absolutely delicious food. We ordered the Beef Pho with extra meatballs, the Chicken Pho, and the beef rolls with ginger—everything tasted incredibly fresh and expertly made. This hidden gem was a delightful surprise, and we’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Customer service was great, very nice staff. The Sweet & spicy chicken wings were a 10/10 the flavor was so good. Pho was good as well I just feel like they put way too many noodles & not enough protein. I had a big bowl & only had 3 shrimp in it & they were small. My bf had beef & same for him but I would go back.“

“The best bun bo hue Ive had so far that’s including places in china town, Brooklyn and queens. The pho was also good, spring rolls is comparable to the other places we have been to, pretty cool thats in NJ only 15 minutes from Staten Island, because Staten Island have horrible fake Vietnamese restaurants“
