“Sunday after Papermill performance. Bright cheery simple family owned. One of the owners who seated us inside was super friendly and informative. Apps and Mains delish well prepared and presented. Mango and Taro drinks, mango pudding all delish. Reasonably priced.Quick service. Wish we lived nearer as this would def.be a regular spot.“
“This place opened after the poke place closed and I'm honestly so glad for it. I no longer need to drive out to Hylan to get Vietnamese food! The staff are amazingly friendly and attentive. The food is fresh and decently sized for the prices, which are pretty good compared to other locations on the island. It's a small shop and most people seem to take out rather than sit in. They also offer rice bowls and bubble tea in addition to noodles and sandwiches! The pho is a bit of a southern style, so it comes with herbs to assemble in your bowl. The beef was a bit tough, but it was probably to avoid people saying it was raw, which is the more traditional way to serve. The chicken pho is also good and made a pretty staying breakfast. The noodles are also decently springy and the broth is always hot.Overall, I hope they do well and I will probably be back some time to satisfy my cravings.“
“I've been here a few times, and the classic sandwich is just as amazing each time. They pack the perfect amount of flavor into this 3 meat sandwich, and the French bread is always fresh. The classic sandwich is my favorite sandwich on the island at the moment. This food establishment is family run, and you can tell they take pride in making quality food.“
“Simple & tasty ! Everything was fresh! I had shrimp pho & my daughter had filet mignon pho. The beef dish we had was delicious also. The staff was friendly. Their tap water was a little thick/rough tasting , so order bottled if you prefer. Easy parking right out front.“
“It's safe to say that it's the most authentic and delicious Vietnamese restaurant on Staten Island. It's clean and the service is fast. You can park right in front of the restaurant, but it's also okay to use the street parking next to the building when there's no space available.“
“extensive menu and great atmosphere; was very excited to see they had bahn bo hue on the menu. the portion size was quite large and they gave me a decent serving of meat as well. I think the soup itself could have been a little bit better but overall very good, would love to try the bun rieu “
“When I arrived this place had just opened and it was cold inside. , I made an order, the order was ready very quickly within five minutes, I ordered soup ? beef pho, the soup was not traditional but tasty, brought in a plastic disposable plate, the spoon was also small and plastic and it was not very convenient to eat it, I don’t know why they use this plastic usually the soup is served in traditional Vietnamese ceramic plates, and the spoon is also traditional, I like their spoons ? and here the plastic was not comfortable to eat because of this. wanted to change dishes… pho soup tasted like 5 stars delicious real… sprouted beans were fresh.. who likes real traditional pho you need to visit this place… inside is clean comfortable and cozy.. recommend to everyone . only one minus is this plastic dish ?Good was great! The atmosphere was really nice and Ian was a great . Suggested the wings, and I wasn't disappointed. Will go back again and try the ribs next time, and I think so no more plastic plates and spoons..“
“One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in New Jersey. The food they serve is always delicious. I recommend the Pho (pronounced FA) or grilled pork or chicken over rice. You can not go wrong, as I have not come across anything that wasn’t delicious. The restaurant is well decorated, with plenty of seating. There are always people when I come, but never had to wait more than a minute to be seated. The staff is what makes this one if my favorites also. They are so polite and take the time to answer any questions and always assure me that they will double check with allergy related orders. They are very attentive and I love the offer or water or hot tea when they seat you. Get the hot tea! A mini pot will be brought to your table for your personal use.Such a fantastic option in town. Great for lunch or dinner. Really a gem. If you haven’t tried it yet, please make sure to. Well worth it.“
“I have been ordering takeout from pho rainbow since at least 2014 til now and I am happy to say they have been consistent, delicious, and budget friendly. Their staff are always friendly as well. Never disappoints. I should’ve written this review a decade ago but… I forgot until Google reminded me to. Photos are from last night’s order.“
“Was the best pho in the area. Not fresh food anymore. Never a bad experience until the past few months. Staff is friendly but lacks empathy. I don't blame them, the management is non existent. I'm not sure who runs this place now.“
“This is a great cozy family setting restaurant. This is my 3rd time coming back when I'm in this area. Definitely 100% recommend to you to take your family and friends to eat-in, take-out, or Grubhub. I ordered a bowl of Combination Pho. Peach Lemongrass Kumquat cold tea for my drink . It was such a nice hot Pho soup and refreshing drink after landing at the Newark Airport 1 hour ago.“
“Service was kind of bad, but great foods at affordable prices. Pho broth hit the spot! Thick enough but not too greasy. Spring rolls are well wrapped filled with shrimps, vegetables, and vermicelli noodles.Service wise, it took more than 10 mins to be seated in spite of few dining in people. The server wasn't really kind. Also, I had to go to the casher to check out.“
