I let that be known to the restaurant and received a small refund. Next night, I ordered dinner again and I received a large order of fries on the house as well as a discount card for 5% for dine in orders valid for one more week. Amazing customer service. “Today, I walked down to Staples from W. 97th Street. I always walk down Broadway, so I decided to walk down Amsterdam's west side of the street instead. I passed Poulet Sans Tete on my way down to Staples. Whatever they were serving smelled delicious from the street. On my way back, I stopped in and asked the very nice waiter if I could order to go, and he said of course. I ordered the Chicken baguette au jus with provolone, broccoli rabe on a toasted garlic baguette. I had a few more errands to run so it took about fifteen minutes before I was able to sit down to eat it, but was it ever delicious! That was my first visit there, but it won't be my last. So happy they had their windows and front door open so I could get even a whiff of what was cooking inside. Rock on!“
