“My husband and I made the long drive yesterday (2 1/2 hrs each way) from upstate NY to visit our daughter in NYC just for the day. While strolling around her neighborhood we came upon your lovely bakery and cafe and after eyeing the beautiful carrot cake in the window, we had to go in. Carrot cake is my favorite sweet treat. There were so many beautiful choices, but we got 2 slices of carrot cake to take back home with us. After the long drive back home we were really looking forward to a piece of cake and a cup of coffee. I opened one of the beautifully packed boxes, which revealed an enormous slice of yumminess!! The slice was big enough for at least 3 people. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Everything about this cake was phenomenal. The frosting was outstanding, the cake was so flavorful and moist. It was the best we’ve ever had. We have enough left for a few days. I’m so glad we stopped in. It was a great way to end our lovely day in the city and will most certainly go back on our next trek in . I will also have to get our daughter pick up some baked goods when she’s coming home for a visit. I highly recommend Crumbly Cafe & Bakery😊😊“

Everything we tried was amazing. The latte, coffee, cupcake, and crispy heart were all so good. We sat down for a few minutes to relax and honestly just enjoyed being in the space. The bakery is beautifully designed and feels so warm and welcoming.

One of my favorite parts was seeing the photos of the cakes she has created over the years. You could really feel her creativity and passion through everything in the shop. “Wish Upon a Pastry is a great Disney Inspired bakery in NJ. Michele and Torre, the owners are so nice and great to work with. They have really unique baked goods that are all absolutely delicious. They also take special orders. They are not dedicated gluten free but they offer a lot of gluten free options that are just as delicious as their other bakery items. I highly recommend this business.“

“Came in Friday afternoon looking for a quick coffee fix. It was around lunch time so most tables were taken, but since I was only ordering coffee I just grabbed a wall seat by the front. You order at the counter and then find a seat that’s open. I tried the maple cardamom latte and thought it was pretty good. It had a good hint of sweetness without being too overpowering. I haven’t tried any food items form them but would be open to in the future.“

I tried the scrambled egg in croissant, smoked salmon in challah roll, strawberry cardamom tart, dark chocolate eclair, and pain au chocolat — every single thing was outstanding. The coffee was delicious too, obviously.
