“My sister and I were having a girls day and we went to trusty tiktok to find a new coffee shop we’ve never been to. We just happened upon a tiktok where she said “happy friyay get on down here and get coffee.” Yes maam lol. We drove down from Philly and it was absolutely worth the drive. What a beautiful cafe!! All the little touches and flowers made it such a fun atmosphere. I got the spooky flight which delightfully on theme. The box was literally smoking like a haunted graveyard lol. My sister got the latte flight. We both LOVED our drinks. The staff is so kind and wonderful. The young lady that took our order was a gem! Everyone in there seemed to be having such a good time. Shout out to the team for making my our hooky day from work a blast!“

The coffee was delicious and there were a lot of options; the breakfast Sammie was well toasted and seasoned; the staff was friendly and kind and seemed like they were having fun with each other. “This Dunkin’ is hands down my favorite location—the best in the area by far! The food and drinks are always fresh, consistent, and made quickly, even when the line is long or it’s super busy. I never worry about the quality here, because the team keeps everything moving smoothly without cutting corners.

I especially want to recognize Bryn, who is absolutely incredible!!!! My son has a food allergy, and she always takes such great care to make sure his food is safe. As soon as I call after placing an order, she already knows to prepare his hashbrowns on fresh paper and package them separately. That level of thoughtfulness, consistency, and attention to detail means so much to me as a parent. It gives me peace of mind and makes me feel valued as a customer.

Because of Bryn and the rest of the amazing team here, I won’t go to another Dunkin’ in the area. They’ve created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and I truly appreciate how kind, attentive, and dedicated they are every single visit. “This is a huge KFT store, the largest I have ever been in. Massive open area to chill, hangout, play games and rest. The space was clean and organized with couple of small arcades and few board games in the shelves.

The menu had all the popular drinks including my favorite mango milk tea with popping pearls. It was easy to put the order through kiosk, no wait time at all. Surprisingly the drinks took longer than usual, about 10 minutes to be ready. But once we got them, the flavor of my milk tea was amazing. The popping bobas were also fresh. Other than the delay, I liked this overall experience at this store.“

But when it comes towards the food, I believe this certain Dunkin location has lower standards of quality in the food they serve compared to any other Dunkin in the area. “My girlfriend ordered a complicated drink and was unable to pick it up. She sent me. I arrived a little over an hour later (SB was packed) and I didn't know what the order was. I just had her name and venti. This Starbucks, I think the manager, was able to look up the order quickly and ask a colleague to remake it as, they had thrown the original drink away due to too much time. I was gone shortly thereafter with her drink. They didn't charge me twice. Absolutely heroic and I was really grateful for the good attitude and the ability to solve the problem easily and quickly. Girlfriend satisfied.“

“I just came here around 11:30 1/27 and this woman (I already forget her name, so stressed about flying, I think Melissa. I think a higher level employee) made me a traditional cappuccino or Macchiato or whatever. I asked for all foam no milk with my espresso and she made the most beautiful coffee. So professional. 10/5 stars. Great job 👏 great price, especially for airport. I paid $6 for my drink which also had an extra shot.

“Good Evening Google Family. We visited after leaving Famous Footwear to purchase Mom some brand new black shoes. I was happy that she found something that she liked. We ordered coffee and hash browns. I have to say that the only reason we came here today was because we needed to use the bathroom and Famous Footwear does not have a public bathroom.
