The 2 guys that work there are so friendly and helpful. Customer service is above and beyond. You feel like family when you walk in. The food quality and presentation are amazing. “We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Been here a bunch of times now. Overal the service is 10/10. And I have been going to the point pleasant original place for the last 25+ years, so it's solid at this location. I eat here specifically because the sub service is such good quality the majority of the time. Another comment said he felt discrimination because he was white. Well, it's never a skin thing but a sin thing, and don't ever forget, it was an African man that helped the Lord Jesus carry his cross.“

“Food and service are great. The only reason for the 4 instead 5 is just the prices have almost double since COVID. 22 dollars for barely a foot long is crazy. Like I can go to subway and do the 7 dollar foot longs. A sub is a sub. Is there really enough going on to justify a 15 dollar difference?? I can understand like 12 dollars for a sandwich maybe even 14 but 22 and up I can't afford to go here anymore.“

She makes sure all the ingredients are prepared and ready for the sandwiches etc. She is always cleaning every equipment is so sweet to ask me how I am doing. “Haven't been to this location in a long time so decided to try it. There were about three different parties waiting and no one was at the front. When the gal finally did come she apologized and sat the party in front of us. Then the manager came and said there was only one server that day and the wait would be about 15-20 minutes. The party behind us left since they had small children. We had no problem with the wait and Kat was our waitress, well she was everybody's waitress. LOL. Had to give her props, she did an excellent job. Our question was why didn't the manager help out? Maybe that's not the way they do things there but we felt a little sorry for poor Kat. But she was at her sweetest and most efficient self despite waiting on all the tables so she should be commended for that.“
