“This place is wonderful. I won’t presume to be an expert critic of sushi but from what I’ve tried in the local area this place is in a category of its own. Service is excellent and effort is always seemingly maximized.

The food is the star of the show. The rolls themselves are clearly distinct from one another, all feel both in texture and taste as though high quality fresh ingredients are used, and most importantly are consistent. I’ve visited nearly a dozen times, all of which reaffirm suki’s role in my life as the motherland of sushi.“

“This restaurant has a special place in my heart. I used to go here all the time from when they first opened years ago until I moved out of town. It was my favorite spot to treat myself to a nice, quiet dinner during the weekdays. My family and I decided to stop by recently for lunch while in town. The prices have gone up a bit since I’ve last been here but the quality is still good. Service was quick as always. I love ordering the bento boxes; they’re delicious and come with a decent portion of food. I’d recommend checking out this restaurant if you’re in town looking for yummy sushi and a variety of Japanese dishes.

Parking: There’s a free parking lot for this plaza. It might be hard to find parking on busier days/weekends.“

“New management from Summer of 2024. A place to go to if you looking for authentic Japanese food. Humble look from outside with prestige food serving. Not the usual local Japanese restaurant you went to. From wasabi to soy sauce, everything is better. Upgraded quality makes every penny you pay extra worth double. I am a local, I am glad that I don’t need to go far to enjoy these quality presentation. ?“

“We stopped in for dinner this evening (night before Thanksgiving) and we absolutely loved both the food and the service!

We had the kani salad & green salad, the fried shrimp appetizer, salmon sushi, and several special rolls - everything was fresh and very tasty with great portions!

And I would be remiss if I did not mention that our server, Chen, was an integral part of the experience and the enjoyment of our meal! She is a very welcoming host and lively conversationalist who really takes an interest in her work and her customers.

This was our first time dining here and we will certainly be back (and often)!

“Quickly seated, drink and app order taken. Solid menu of sushi and cooked dishes. Edamame was served nice and hot along with my green tea. Salad was nice and fresh, ginger dressing just right. The sashimi was beautifully plated and tasted great. My glass was never empty and service kind. Absolutely recommend and would return.“

“This is the only place I feel safe ordering in from as someone with food allergies. I have a dairy and gluten allergy and they are so accommodating with the dishes. You get big portions for a good price and the food is always so fresh. I also have a super stomach with some problems so I always feel icky eating out and since the food is cooked in high quality oil I never feel icky after eating here which is SO rare for me. The owner is incredibly kind and told me how she also has food allergies and is happy to make modifications and help. It’s so rare that restaurants welcome modifications and she always does so for me. I’ve never gotten sick here and it’s the one restaurant I feel comfortable ordering in from and look forward to doing so every week. The entire staff is helpful and are always kind and respectful even when the phone is ringing like crazy and there’s a line for pick up. They never rush you and always make you feel welcome. A local gem- thank you to the incredibly owner for giving us allergy people a safe place with delicious food and for accommodating me with a smile. I appreciate you so much. “I have been eating sushi for over 40 years and it does not get “ Better” than Mizu. I have eaten there dozens of times and have “ Never Been Disappointed “..Emily the owner is always so Pleasant and ALWAYS attentive to her staff and the professionalism that makes Mizu a neighborhood restaurant a cut above “ All” the rest.. “I had heard so many good things about Nikko's so I stopped by for a take out meal the other day. From the time I walked through the door, I had a great experience. The decor is really nice, the restaurant clean and the people working there are even nicer and very helpful. I ordered the seafood hibachi entree. The smell was so good I couldn't wait to get home to eat it. I wasn't disappointed. The meal was delicious, plentiful and made with FRESH ingredients“

“The food is always good! We’ve gotten appetizers, cooked and raw sushi, bento boxes, pad Thai, hibachi, and soup and they’ve always been tasty. Our biggest issue is that the tables have very little legroom because of the built-in hibachi grills in the booths, which isn’t ideal for our tall family. We still choose to come back despite that because we enjoy it so much!“

“For takeout it's awesome. It is not a place that I would sit down and eat at you most certainly can. But it definitely seems extremely boring and I also need to add that I only eat shrimp rolls mostly which they are awesome maybe once in awhile I will go for an egg roll which is fine. The soup is good and boneless spare ribs are good and the orange chicken is awesome“
