“I took my family here and it was good. The price is super affordable and the food is not bad. There are a couple new employees that do not speak English very well but some do. The atmosphere is just amazing from traditional Japanese sitting to normal tables. I will defiantly recommend this place.

Vegetarian options: There is a little section labeled vegetarian and my daughter really enjoyed it.“

“Went to Choo Choo Train with five friends. Ordered Miso Salmon entree and it was delicious. Salmon was grilled perfectly, broccoli and carrots were cooked well and still crunchy, and mashed sweet potatoes were yummy. Cannot say enough about food and attentive service. Will return...no doubt!“

“Haven't been here in over a yr. The food was very good. The owner was extremely nice. We order several sushi rolls for 4, and she gave us a couple of appetizers on the house. The food was fresh and the service was good. Will most definitely be going back.“

“The sushi is very good, top in NJ. Broad variety of fish, good flavors with some really tasty flavor profiles. Their spicy scallop roll is my favorite in this area. Clearly the owner is passionate about what he's doing here. I have eaten sushi all over north jersey and will only go back to a handful of restaurants because I am very particular about food in general but with sushi in particular - this palce is one that I have gone back to once and will certainly come back again. Product has to be super fresh and they maintain very high standards. Constructive criticism....The bathroom area needs to be completely gutted ASAP.“

The chicken teriyaki box is a great deal served fresh with fantastic flavor and came with so many delicious sides. I also tried a couple of sushi rolls and seems like you can't go wrong with any options. I haven't had fresh cuts of fish like that anywhere else! Definitely recommend!“

“Had a fantastic family meal here. The sushi is top-notch, clearly prepared with care and skill. It's definitely a splurge, so be mindful of your budget. While they do not sell alcohol, they are BYOB and provided an ice bucket for our liquor. Standout dishes include the yellowtail ponzu, otoro sashimi pizza, and spicy seared salmon. Our waiter was attentive, and the chefs even sent out a few extra treats. The interior is elegant and well-kept, though you might feel a bit underdressed. Overall, the menu is pricey, but the quality justifies it. I'd happily return if someone else is footing the bill!“

“Seems like a great place for fresh sashimi and seafood lovers.

I have a shellfish issue myself but that didn’t stop us from trying their omakase selection for two.

For anyone else who may not be able to have shellfish, note that their cheese corn, spicy casserole, Japanese seafood pancake, the hand rolls, all have shrimp. They were able to remove shrimp only from the casserole but not the hand rolls. And of course there are many dishes with oysters/mussels.

They have their own lot with a decent amount of parking. Also looks like they have a few offerings for people who aren’t into seafood.“

“I would say this is the best Hibachi I have ever had! All are cooked from the top notch fresh ingredients. The sea bass is juicy, the steak is just right, the fried rice and noodles have a pleasant garlic favor which I never had it before at other restaurants , homemade teriyaki sauce adds just right sweetness.
