The 6 oz filet mignon was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The turtle cheesecake dessert was very affordable, but the dessert container was awkward. Flavor was just okay. My dinner companions enjoyed their entrees. Prices were comparable to most fine dining restaurants. I did taste a featured wine which was a nice accompaniment to my meal. Overall, I would recommend Seasons 52 for a special event.“

Our experience was wonderful from the moment we were greeted by Jennifer, the manager, as well as the team member who escorted us to our booth. Our server George, along with the rest of the team were extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to make our evening enjoyable. “Been there a few times in April and March after they just opened. I have to say the food is so good and unexpected to this area. Super fresh raw fish dishes with just the right seasonings. We had two of the Hamachi dish bc it was so delicious. Beautiful design, kind staff and great wines. Personally I wouldn’t order a cocktail there again, we tried a few times and it wasn’t the best. Definitely worth dining here though! Glad to have this new spot in the neighbourhood.“

“The Oak House has a very homey, almost country atmosphere to it with its stout character and wooden interior. I went here for dinner on a lively Saturday night.
First, they do have valet parking available but there's also a lot across the street and street parking available.
The drinks are excellently made: I had their negroni which I loved and their Olds Cool Manhattan that was fruity to start but very oaky at the finish to balance it out.
If you're a fan of tuna, the spicy tuna tartare is a must! There's a lot of flavor packed in and the chips are sturdy enough to eat with your hands. The chilean sea bass was cooked absolutely perfectly - the only thing I wished was to taste more of the apple cider glaze and even to have diced apples in it for a bit more flavor and texture. I even peppered the boy choy and rice which I rarely do. So, I must give the food 4 out of 5 stars however, I will be back to try their steaks which I hear are fantastic.“

Before meeting this duo I’d never fully understood the patron-barkeep relationship for all its benefits. “I am a frequent visitor here. Sometimes I go for a solo lunch, sometimes I bring my child or go with friends. It is family friendly. Best vibes in the Summer when you can sit outside and enjoy good weather. Extensive and descriptive wine menu which I love. They can prepare off menu traditional Italian dishes for you if they have the ingredients. I felt for a simple spaghetti pomodoro and my request was granted. I like their salads. The grilled shrimp has a beautiful smoked flavor as if it is fresh off the brick grill - my favorite! On one visit, the manager allowed me to sample several wines - I felt really catered to. Lunch dining is my favorite period to visit here.“

“SB K-BBQ was recommended to me by a close friend, and it absolutely delivered. After visiting Seoul and Jeju this past April, my family and I had been craving authentic Korean BBQ—and this place brought us right back.

The quality of the meat is outstanding. The moksal (pork neck) and samgyeopsal (pork belly) are cut thick—just as thick, if not thicker, than what we had in Korea. Grilled over real charcoal, the flavor is rich and smoky, enhancing every bite.

They also offer perilla leaves for your ssam wraps, which is a detail I truly appreciate and rarely find at K-BBQ spots in the U.S.

Even though we live in Philadelphia and it’s over a 2-hour drive, we’ve already made the trip twice—that’s how good it is. If you’re craving a taste of Korea, SB K-BBQ is more than worth the journey. Highly recommended!“

We started off with grilled artichoke hearts with lemon vinaigrette & shaved pecorino toscano - a nice antipasto - and then shared two pizzas: the spicy Picca (tomato sauce, fontina, hot sausage, red onions, chillies) and the Norma (tomato sauce, fried eggplant, ricotta, pecorino, garlic & basil).

Both were really good - with soft, pillowy, lightly-charred Neapolitan-style crust - but the zesty Picca had the edge (the Norma was slightly bland / under seasoned).

“So my Lenten sacrifice included all things that look good, taste good & make me feel good. So last night after an intense interpersonal interaction earlier in the day I headed to Yatenga. I was greeted by the lovely Todd the bar man (one of the things that look good)who greeted warmly and took my order. He returned with my preferred cocktail-The Lou Lou! The fact that he remembered made me feel like a Prince (only a Prince as he’s a King). I started my meal with the Cauliflower soup which was well flavored and simply delicious. It was so good it was enough to turn a carnivore into a vegetarian! Then I had the Chicken Francaise which was prepared to perfection. The accompanying sauce was smooth and also highly flavored. The chicken breast’s were tender & the texture was as if the chicken had just been sacrificed moments before. The vegetables of haricot verts and carrots were perfectly al dente. And my dessert of Tart Tartin could not have been better; nice flaky crust and perfectly sweetened! In the past 13 years I have not patronized another restaurant in Harlem in particular and NYC in general. Why? Because I don’t have the confidence that I will be as well treated and cared for and well-fed as I am at Yatenga. The fact that Todd the barman does double duty as a server and does it affably is one major reason I keep going back. The management must be superior-why else would the staff be so equally superior. I travel a lot for work & thusly try to avoid restaurants in other towns and villages because I know they’re not Yatenga.“

“Very cozy spot. Only a few tables and bar seating inside and a few tables outside. Our server Jacqueline was very friendly and attentive. We ordered their meatballs to start which were very flavorful and tender. You get 5 per order. They give you an order of bread to start also with EVOO and balsamic vinegar.
For the drinks they have a good selection of wines and about 3 beers on the menu. They only do an aperol spritz for a cocktail.
We didn’t do any pastas. We ordered 2 personal pies for the entrees. The diavola which is a spicy pepperoni pie and a pepperoni Italian sausage and onion pie. Both were delicious. My only gripe with the pizza was that it was greasy and very floppy in the middle. We had an excellent time and definitely will go back to try the pastas.“
