“The decor at this morsel of Costa Rican culture is aesthetically pleasing and if you’re in the area, this is one of the better Tico spots. We watched Costa Rica beat Paraguay in a Copa America game while eating pupusas, un Casado and Tacos Ticos and totally hit the spot. Especially since they served some salsa Lizano on the side.“

“We had a wonderful birthday dinner. They had some cute birthday confetti on the table and a birthday card which was a nice touch. The dumplings, beet salad, scallops, brussel sprouts,and stuffed shrimp were all delicious! The drinks were great. Dessert selection was nice - the lemon tart was fantastic. Loved listening to the live jazz band which raised the bar for the atmosphere. Will definitely return. High class restaurant with high class service!“

“Made a reservation for Christmas eve, and despite the restaurant being full it did not feel overcrowded. Food was absolutely delicious. We had forgotten it was BYOB and the liquor store down the street was closed, bit overall great meal. They also have a kids menu.“

“The trout is the best in the area. The servers can be unprofessional and rude. When asked to tie back their hair, the request was refused. A nonsense response of not required was insulting. As an experienced service trainer, the hair in question should have been restraining. Health department requirements override a servers vain attitude.“

Seafood boil in this day and age is so expensive and here I can get 1/b crab legs, a potato, an egg, and cajun fries for close to $25. The hibachi menu is also DELICIOUS. “My brothers and I hosted our dad’s 60th birthday in one of the private rooms upstairs. Maria took care of us and service was incredible all night! “First time entering this location actually, the waitress Lakaiya I believe that was her name was very nice and helpful, food and service was great, and of course, my favorite appetizers are the "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" now, as for the ambience and overall environment of the restaurant, it has a low key vibe and very inviting, has a warm feel to it, the waiters and waitresses try their best to provide their services for their customers, as well as the chefs that cook and prepare their food, I do recommend this location though, I also like the music selection on the radio's overhead, nicely done...“

“This was my second visit in 7 days. The wagu & wine special was fabulous as always. But the service was awful this time. The waiter was very nice initially but we only saw him twice. I had to keep stopping people to fill our water. Our waiter never checked on us and the burgers took forever. The coffee took forever and arrived cold. I believe it was the manager who re-made my cappuccino. We were celebrating my friend's birthday and they did give us dessert for that. But what a difference from last week when we had stellar service from Dominick!“

I was skeptical at first since it was 30 minutes to closing but they did not disappoint!!!!! My mom got catfish nuggets, yams and broccoli, I got catfish nuggets yams and mac and cheese !!!! And I got fried fish and sweet potato fries for my son. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing !!! The nuggets were seasoned perfect and a nice portion, the yams were perfectly seasoned and not too sweet. The Mac and cheese was good also!!!! The gave us there house sauce to try I forgot the name but it’s like a cajun maple sauce brown in color and it’s A1 on the fish OMG !!! It was closing time so there wasn’t any other customer but it smelled clean and looked neat. The lady that took our order on the phone was very pleasant and went over the order to insure in was accurate, when I arrived at the restaurant I checked since we were heading back to Long Island andeverything was correct and smelled amazing… if your in the area Go there. I wish I had got the banana pudding to try!!!“

“With all the competition Johnny's faces in Mahwah, Ramsey, Allendale, and Suffern they have clearly shown from opening day to the present why they are the top choice. Every aspect of a business a customer would want they excel (product, cleanliness, customer service, and menu options). Besides a superlative slice of pizza their Sicilian is larger than others without being burnt on top (commonly found elsewhere), and their version of the Deep Dish slice is tremendous. If you want to dine in, take out, or not leave the comfort of your home and have the food delivered, they are the Must Go To spot in the area.“

Corn was mushy, shrimp was , potatoes were a little hard, eggs were missing most of the white because I guess they couldn't peel it and one egg was not hard boiled . “Always a steady goto in our restaurant rotation. Seasons 52 in Paramus never disappoints. Their Pork Chop is one of my favorite entrees along with the Filet Mignon and Lobster, you can't go wrong with the flatbreads, tuna tartare, golden beet salad, and Maui Tuna Crunch Salad. Something for everybody. Cartier and the rest of the crew that works the bar are great, and always welcome us back when visit.“
