“Bought doubles and a curry chicken wrap roti and this was ones of the best tasting wrap rotis I've had in awhile. The curry itself and the inside condiments were flavorful and very tasty. The doubles as well was very good. Only tried these 2 items but I'm sure the rest of the menu items are just as delicious. Would definitely recommend and would be going back.“

I spoke to Abigail for a bit about the different flavors and she did not disappoint. They definitely concentrated on the flavors first so they did not deviate from the authenticity of the Jamaican taste. The regular beef was great, so that set the tone for trying the other flavors. I especially loved the Curry Chicken, the Oxtail and the Goat. Can’t wait to try the other flavors. I will definitely buy again! Abigail is great!“

“I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant during their grand opening, and I was pleasantly surprised! I originally stopped by just to grab some food, but when I walked in, I discovered they have a beautiful indoor dining area as well as outdoor seating, which made the experience even better.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous—you definitely get your money’s worth. They also had the World Cup game playing, which created a fun, lively atmosphere.

One thing that really stood out to me was that they served the meal on real plates with real silverware. It may seem like a small detail, but it made the dining experience feel much more welcoming and elevated.

This Plainfield NJ location is CONSISTENTLY cooking good food. When the steamed cabbage sliced up thin I know it’s going to be good. Oxtails sooo good not full of sugar and salt. The fried fish always good. Today had a curry chicken roti. So good!!! Also sliced into my Easter bun and cheese before Sunday. Fresh fresh fresh!!! “This place has in this town for 28 years, there is a reason why they have been around so long. The owner is this wonderful sweet lady that, she is definitely Jamaican be a those Pattie’s hit different. The oxtails are succulent and falls off the bones, the plantain’s are sweet and crispy on the edges. If you’re looking for delicious Jamaica food go here, always call before you go because she starts cooking in the morning and at times the food isn’t ready until after 12pm but it’s very much worth the wait. ????The prices are very reasonable but those Pattie’s are to die for.“
