“From the start from when we first walked in, the place smelled heavenly of fried chicken. The restaurant was clean and had no odor except the delicious smell of fried chicken. We were there at 5:30. The service was friendly and my husband and I were even told about the plastic glove that the napkins and fork were wrapped in when the guy behind the counter handed us our food. That glove came in handy when we ate our wings. We ordered sweet & spicy and BBQ. The coating was crispy and delish. Just how I like my wings. Not over sauced and hot! Definitely going back!!“

“I took my survey code to the Spring Valley, NY location and I had no problem. The employee that took my order is in fact the manager and out of curiosity I asked if Popeyes changed the rules about the survey code and he said no. He explained to me that, at his location it won’t be a problem and if I have an issue anywhere else, I’m more than welcome to come to his location and they will take it. I never had an issue at this location at all so, I might have to take the longer drive for good customer services..

“I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every time the food is amazing. I’ve tried their fried chicken, fish, burgers, sandwiches, platters, and gyros, and everything has been fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.

I came all the way from Jersey City just for the food because it’s honestly one of the best spots in Paterson. The fried chicken is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the portions are generous.

The customer service is excellent too. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and the food is always served quickly.

If you’re looking for the best fried chicken and halal food in town, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it and will definitely keep coming back! 🍗🔥“

“I had a great experience here. I went through drive-thru and ordered from a coupon and some extras. The gentleman who took my order was enthusiastic, informative, and patient with me during this. He asked me if I had an account and I tokd him that didn't use the app cause it wouldn't accept my coupon. He said not to worry, told me to download it, and when I drove around and got my food, told me to add the receipt number to it. I knew this but had never been told so it was awesome to get that extra information from him. He, and the staff, were very awesome. The food was oit quick, hot, fresh, and tasty. “I have bought meals from this store many times ever since they opened in GSP food court. This is one of the most popular restaurants in the mall, sometimes the line wrapping around the stairs. It’s take out only, but of course guests can use the mall’s dining hall for dine-in. The store does a good job of putting associates outside who take customers orders while they are waiting in the line. It speeds up the process and keeps the line short.

The store takes relatively short tike to prepare the orders. I always got my orders within 10 minutes. They always pack the items correctly. Never had any missing from the bag. They are also generous with the sauces. I got more whenever I asked. I love the chicken deluxe sandwich, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, milkshake of Chic Fil A. This store does an excellent job of maintaining the quality, taste and standard, at all times.

The associates are very friendly here. They always greet and smile. They happily fulfill any reasonable requests like extra sauces, napkins or utensils. The rewards account is also valuable as I get points for purchases from this store. I have redeemed points at this also for free sandwiches and desserts. I hope they continue to do well and keep making the guests happy at GSP.“
