“With all the competition Johnny's faces in Mahwah, Ramsey, Allendale, and Suffern they have clearly shown from opening day to the present why they are the top choice. Every aspect of a business a customer would want they excel (product, cleanliness, customer service, and menu options). Besides a superlative slice of pizza their Sicilian is larger than others without being burnt on top (commonly found elsewhere), and their version of the Deep Dish slice is tremendous. If you want to dine in, take out, or not leave the comfort of your home and have the food delivered, they are the Must Go To spot in the area.“

“Really enjoyed our dinner there, it was a client dinner with 11 people, we had a choice of soup or salad as well as main course, appys and sides were served family style so we got to try a lot of dishes. Everything was excellent especially the lobster pops, seafood tower as fresh as can be. My wifes filet and lobster tail perfect. I had a strip which is not my favorite cut, nor is a filet but it was delicious. Sides great, especially the truffle mac n cheese. Deserts were great as was service. Will definitely come back“

“A lunch outing with my brother and sister-in-law turned into a nice dining experience. We chose Greek over Italian and ended up in the Aegean Estiatorio in Park Ridge.
The personal and professional experience was divine and the food was fresh and deliciously prepared. We share the spanakopita and enjoyed the delicate texture. Roasted beets and feta cheese salad was a winner. Our entrees for lunch was a delicious chicken souvlaki with a very fresh house salad. The generous portion moussaka was blended well and deliciously prepared. Do not pass up the the creamy custard Ekmek Kataifi dessert topped off with a cappuccino. Looking forward to return for a seafood dinner.

“The trout is the best in the area. The servers can be unprofessional and rude. When asked to tie back their hair, the request was refused. A nonsense response of not required was insulting. As an experienced service trainer, the hair in question should have been restraining. Health department requirements override a servers vain attitude.“

“First time entering this location actually, the waitress Lakaiya I believe that was her name was very nice and helpful, food and service was great, and of course, my favorite appetizers are the "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" now, as for the ambience and overall environment of the restaurant, it has a low key vibe and very inviting, has a warm feel to it, the waiters and waitresses try their best to provide their services for their customers, as well as the chefs that cook and prepare their food, I do recommend this location though, I also like the music selection on the radio's overhead, nicely done...“

“We have been coming here for years, and Jimmy and Andy always treat us like family! We drive from Orange County and are never disappointed. The sushi is amazing, among my favorites are the Mango Tango roll, Tiger roll, Tri Color roll and Tuna Amazing! The appetizers are small enough portions to try everything without waste!! It’s All You Can Eat, so easy to order more of what you like! But perfect sized appetizers so you don’t fill up before the sushi arrives! The sushi is always fresh and plentiful and the staff’s attention to details is unmatched. When the owners truly care about their customers, it shows and is appreciated! “We went to Capital Grille for the first time and had an amazing meal. Our server J was on top of everything and did a wonderful job and took very good care of us as well as many other tables. We tried an array of foods and there was not 1 item that wasnt absolutely delicious. Everything was cooled perfectly. “I came to this restaurant on the way back to Massachusetts looking for fried fish sandwich. I been looking for a good crispy sandwich and had no luck. They didn't have it on the menu but they made it for me anyway ☺️ I can't lie I was alil sketchy at first. “From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us like old friends and walked us right to our table — I instantly had a good feeling, and I was right. Our server was awesome — super friendly, knew the menu inside out, and was on top of everything all night.

The menu is classic Italian but with a twist — way more interesting than your standard North Jersey Italian spot. The ossobuco was fantastic (if I had to nitpick, I’d say the risotto could’ve used a touch less water and a heavier hand with the parm). The clams were fresh and baked to perfection, and my son devoured his ravioli. For dessert, the bread pudding was absolutely unreal — honestly worth the trip alone.

“Entire experience was outstanding. Drinks were brought promptly. Caesar salad was probably the best I've ever had. Filet was cooked to perfection. My server, George, went above and beyond. I asked for lemon WEDGES (you can't squeeze slices) for my water, and that's exactly what he brought. Then when the kitchen missed something I'd requested, he immediately made it right with an alternative solution, which was probably better than what I initially requested. He was attentive without hovering. I will request a table in his area next time I'm there. Also, I loved that the table was sturdy enough where I didn't feel like my drink would spill when I cut my filet. A small thing maybe, but a detail many places overlook and get wrong. And I LOVE that Ruth's Chris has an expected standard of dress & decorum for their customers. That tells you they also have standards for their servers, cooks & food. “I’ve been going to Santucci’s in River Edge for over 30 years, and it continues to be one of my all-time favorite restaurants. The food is consistently delicious, the portions are generous, and the staff always makes you feel welcome. Their chicken parm is hands down the best around — always perfectly cooked and full of flavor. It’s a true neighborhood gem with that warm, familiar atmosphere that’s getting harder to find these days. Whether it’s pizza, pasta, or a full family dinner, I’ve never had a bad experience. “I had an exceptional experience at the Fogo de Chao, Paramus location. I enjoyed a delicious meal with a friend, who was experiencing rodizio for the first time. The host sat us down promptly, the waitress was attentive, and the servers brought on delicious and savory cuts. Also, a high note the cuts were not too salty, this is normally the case when dealing with many assorted meats, but the taste was spot on, perfecto! Overall experience was a 100 at this location, I look forward to coming back and having another excellent moment.“

“NYC steakhouse experience without the drive. Ambiance is top notch. High end decor but my kids felt very comfortable here. Food was very good. Steaks cooked and seasoned perfectly. French onion soup was full bodied. Mashed was smooth. Corn was different in a good way, have to try to understand. Only criticism i can make is the rest of the meal was so good that the dessert wasn't on the same level. It was still fine. Overall excellent experience, will definitely go back.“

“Louie's On The Avenue has been our favorite local restaurant for years ..however last Friday Stephanie and her team knocked it out of the park! with 24 hours notice, they helped plan, decorate, cater and Host our impromptu wedding. “Nice place, a little out-of-the-way, which is perfectly fine. Lots of menu choice, food is good quality, from bread and appetizers to dessert. This is a BYO place. Service was a little uneven, but that was most likely due to the fact that there was a really large party in the dining room and they tend to be high maintenance. Worth the trip.“

I moved from Bergen County and until now, could not find that rare combination of quality food, CLEAN and attentive , personable staff. The seafood is AMAZING. We had the seafood soup, the virgin tacos( a true hit) the burritos( tortillas de harina) the fish filete came w rice and black beans and salad natural juices and all was simply great. “They hooked me up! Delicious food; good portions. I usually get oxtail from Jamaican restaurants. I'd say it's one of the top of the restaurants I've eaten from.

That said, oxtail is generally an expensive meat to buy and can be hard to cook right. So, it can be difficult to find places like this that give you a decent amount. And I've orderd from them a few times, so I can say their potion size is generally consistent from what I've seen.“
