“Enjoyed the sushi but this restaurant has joined the many that add a fee for credit cards. Credit card companies have always charged for this use and the business owners have always included that fee in their pricing - now they are just adding an additional fee on top. I will not be getting take-out any more from here - sad!“

Their business is very good, We saw a lot of peoples eating sushi here when we be there. the owner of a warm reception for us, we came for the first time, gave us a lot of good recommendations, food is very fresh. After my ginger salad, she brought me Tuna Tataki, which was perfectly prepared and had a touch of smokiness. I couldn’t decide between Seared Salmon Sushi or the River Roll, so I ordered both. Besides chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant or bread it's rare to see an actual appetizer. I'm going to direct this comment to our fantastic experience last night Valentine's Day. As I mentioned earlier, the place is tiny. There are probably only about eight tables to begin with. When we arrived, it seemed to be the beginning of the rush. There was one table left, and we were seated. What followed was a crazy rush. Pick-up orders and people waiting to be seated. As busy as it was, we still received a complimentary appetizer and let me tell you the service was remarkable. They literally had a team of people working three sushi chefs, three or four waitresses plus a support staff of a young man. As busy as it was, the service was as gracious as ever. Our server was always smiling. In fact, everybody was always smiling, even though they were so busy. I have never seen so much activity. Where we were seated, we could peer into the back where most of the activity was going on . Our particular waitress was simply amazing filling Pick-up orders, ringing up orders as well as serving. I highly recommend this place It runs like a well oiled machine and you are never disappointed by the quality of the food. Added we even received a $10 gift certificate as a Valentines . “We are local but never stopped in before. My wife and I, one daughter and her fiance came in during the week between Christmas and New Years. No one was sitting down but it was a little early and there was a lot of take out order activity the entire time we were there.Three of us ordered a total of 8 different rolls and some rice/noodles for my wife . I has the Crunchy Tempura Shrimp roll and the Cream Cheese roll with crab and I would order both again. Everyone enjoyed their selections and other then the noodles and rice, our plates were clean. My wife took what remained for her noodles and rice home as leftovers. We also ordered the Thai Donut to share for desert, based on other reviewers suggestions, and it was really good.Towards the end of our meal, another 2 groups came in and sat down so we weren't the only ones sitting down to eat. “Tonight was our first experience at a Ramen restaurant. We chose this one because of the reviews. And they were all right. Definitely worthy of a 5 star review. We are fourteen months in Riverdale, and have been going to the Japanese place across the street ("Palace" is part of its name) but friends told us about Aoyu, and after tonight's dinner we are converted. Fresh ingredients, full of flavor: even the dinner salad, usually a mundane dish of iceberg lettuce, one grape tomato, and orange dressing, was full of fresh greens and a subtle dressing. Edamane: also fresh and salty. I ordered a seared salmon roll and was delighted by the freshness of the fish. My wife loved her salmon teriyaki, a huge portion; my chicken katsu was crisp, not greasy, and so generous. Red bean ice cream and we were done. A very clean place, well-lit, and delightfully friendly young waitstaff. Five stars, no. How about fifty?“

“We really like Masago! We've been ordering their lunch specials for about a year, and the food has always been fresh and consistent with reasonable pricing for the 3 roll combo. We look forward to it every week. Once you order from them on the phone, you can leave your food and payment preferences on file, so calling them and re-ordering is super quick. Delivery during lunch time is usually within 30 minutes, and they will leave the food on your porch if you ask.“

“I made a private party at Rella Cafe and it was beyond my expectations. Jack was in tune to my needs, the set up was beautiful and the food was plentiful and scrumptious. Service was timely, not rushed at all, and the waitresses were pleasant. We had blintzes and Caesar salad, mushroom barley soup, choice of salmon or fettuccini Alfredo with roasted vegetables, and potatoes. Desert was delicious brownies and ice cream. No, it does not come cheap. But the quality of fish they bring out totally justifies the pricing. Even the side dishes (aka tskedashi) is consisted of noteworthy seafood items. Dessert - the seafood soup - is the only thing that’s disappointing, but you are probably 120% over your capacity by the time you get the soup. By the way, isn’t it funny that Koreans eat a bowl of rice and seafood soup for their dessert?Their lunch special is outstanding as well. Whenever I crave sashimi, but I don’t want to spend $250 for a meal, I go to Bada Story for their lunch special. The menu is plentiful but simple, so many options to choose from and even good vegetarian options. The servers were very attentive, polite and friendly. The chef was extremely entertaining. You can tell he loves his job to the fullest. First he confirmed everyone's orders so he could prepare them properly and confirm and food allergies. Because I'm allergic to shrimp he cooked my steak first and served it so he could cook everything else without contaminating my food so that was very appreciative. “I went to Tappan Sushi with my husband for lunch who is from Uruguay. He was not into korean, japanese type food but that changed it all when we first came here. I am korean and i need to have my korean food and japanese sushi, sashimi!!!Always great food and service is great. This is our 5th or 6th visit. There are 2 very attentive and friendly waitresses and they are always working. Super great people. Also the sushi chef, the same sushi chef when i go there always greets us when we come in.
