“Absolutely amazing gluten free food. Shared mozz sticks, truffle pizza, and homemade garganelli with vodka sauce and literally audibly mmmm-ed my way through lunch. Service was warm and friendly. Was so nice to look at a menu and be able to eat every single thing on it. Highly recommend eating here.“

“TLK is amazing even while transitioning locations - not only are the classics always delicious (love the peanut noodles with tofu), there are some new menu items (brussel sprouts!!) that absolutely hit the spot. If you are gluten free and dairy free it's an absolute must, if you have no allergies and like good food and great drinks it's an absolute must! Make sure you make a reservation via their website if you're going in person - which is only for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays until their new space is ready.“

“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Highly recommended!“

“From our first steps to our departure, everything was AMAZING. This saturday evening was out last in NYC before returning to Montreal and The Smith Midtown made it PERFECT. The food was more than we could even expect. The seafood tower is quite an experience, treat yourself! Thank you to everyone at the front desk, including the managers, because they made us laughed a lot and were so nice to us. Big thanks to our server too. A must in NYC!“

“This restaurant is built on a philosophy I want to applaud. Vegetable-forward dishes. Farm to table freshness. Clear expressions of flavour in each dish. And it works. “A few years ago, I was hired to write a series of articles about regional Italian cuisine. Since then, I have been looking for traditional Italian gelato. Until yesterday, I have been consistently disappointed. But this? It was absolutely EVERYTHING I had dreamed about. The prices weren't ridiculous, the bathroom was PRISTINE, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was incredibly, amazingly delicious. My only complaint is that I live too far away from your stores to get it very often. But about that? My hips are less upset about the distance. :) I will definitely be back, though!“

“Now this is what you call Quality Pizza! Not my number one but it's damn close. Would like the slices just a tiny bit thicker. Tomato slices were phenomenal where the tomato sauce was but dry every where else. Still, with that crunchy crust and great flavor... Great job guys. I'll definitely be back to try a bigger variety of your slices. So far, my favorite pizza in Hoboken. But the search will continue.“

“Get a number after coming in! The staff were moving pretty fast, whilst having good manners. I got a toasted poppyseed bagel with Nova, plain cream cheese, and capers. The bagel was pretty nice. The Nova was PERFECT!! It wasn’t too salty, and had a very clean taste to it. The texture was also very nice. You can feel some resistance when you bite down on the sliced Nova, and without and hard or chewy tendon parts. The caper added some saltiness to the whole bagel, and gave it more depth to the flavors. The cream cheese was also very nice. It had a slight sourness to it, and made the bagel even better.
I also got a chocolate babka, and it looked amazing! They also have other pastries, and sweets. I saw assorted dried fruits in the window. Rugelach, black and white cookies, and some other items. They also sell white fish, herrings, sturgeons, salmon roes, and caviar. I’d like to try their latkes, and kugels next time!
The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Highly recommended! Amazing place!! A true New York City gem!! I’d definitely looking forward to coming back again and try everything!
Edit: disappointed by their babka. Their babka tasted like the ones I got from WholeFoods or west side market.“

“I spent the last few days going a concert at the Bowery Ballroom and went to Nolita pizza every night and it is the best pizza I’ve ever had. The Sicilian double pepperoni with hot honey was insanely delicious. I’m waiting for them to add my new appetizer I suggested pepperoni basket . Because they are so delicious. Everyone working there especially the owner is super grateful and kind. “I work for a law firm in CA and we have an employee who works remotely in NY.. For our employee's birthday I wanted to choose a bakery close to her home and who was local. Stumbled upon Buttercup Bake Shop and they were so awesome! Totally worked with me and delivered the cupcakes with NO hassle. Needless to say our NY employee was super happy and LOVED the flavors and decorations of the cupcakes. ❤️“

“Honestly, this place is great. I've been ordering cakes consistently for both of my daughter's birthday's for the past few years. There have been times when I have given them just a general idea for a theme and the product I've received has always blown me away- it's always way more than I could have ever imagined. I've placed yet another order for my daughter's birthday cake and I can't wait to see their vision come to life! They are always quick to respond to any inquiries and I love that they can accommodate my children's dietary restrictions. Amazing place, highly highly reccommend.“
