“It’s because of Brahim, the incredible food, drinks, and ambiance that I’m happy to give five stars. Even though my friend and I waited 15 minutes before we finally flagged a server to come to our table, it was so quickly made up by Brahim’s service, charm, and attention. Clearly there must have been a miscommunication regarding who was servicing our table because once Brahim took over, we had our food in drinks in a matter of a few MINUTES! Not to mention, kindness, charm, and attentiveness. It’s such a vibe with the tropical decor, and the food was so delicious. I will be coming back!“

The portions are extremely generous and fairly priced. The lunch size foods can feed up to three people. “I would've given it 5 Stars because we had a great time with the fabulous DJ spins. Fun! I had arroz con pollo which was very good and had the coconut flan which did not taste the coconut and want as good as I would think. We had an issue with the waitresses way of attending the table. Not friendly at all and tried to charge us $16 for a drink that stayed $14 on the menu. I thought it was an error until she said that drink has 4 liquors,. I explained that it didn't matter if there were 10 liquors in the drink, when your menu states differently that's what you charge. Hope the manager or owner has a talk with her to be friendlier. Also no coffee which is weird being that it's Latin.“

“Crazy good empanadas - my partner and I shared the empanada flight as a takeout order, and I'll be thinking about these for a while. Nice variety of fillings, crusts, and sauces - definitely recommend ordering the flight to get acquainted with everything Titi's has to offer. In particular the puff pastry crusts were so flaky and buttery, but the corn and platano shells are great too. So glad to have this place in the neighborhood and can't wait to return.“

“The decor at this morsel of Costa Rican culture is aesthetically pleasing and if you’re in the area, this is one of the better Tico spots. We watched Costa Rica beat Paraguay in a Copa America game while eating pupusas, un Casado and Tacos Ticos and totally hit the spot. Especially since they served some salsa Lizano on the side.“

“Restaurant is just beautiful. Right on the water with stunning views of NYC. Menu is diverse but not overwhelming. Guacamole, roast pork, vegan empanadas and avocado salad were all delicious. They have fun cocktails on the menu. Highly recommend.“

I love the Cuban sandwich here and the owner makes the mustard himself too apparently! Great w Yuca fries (comes w white sauce) and Plantains.

The Pernil Combo was great as well. Tender pull-apart pork, paired with Hot sauce (self-serve)

The only thing is that the menu looks slightly overwhelming without many pictures but don't let that discourage you“

“I was looking for a specific type of soup, called a lot of the Spanish restaurants no one made it. Found this restaurant and from the first phone call they are truly amazing. They were very attentive to what I wanted. Quick and efficient. “I found this place by a simple google search! Well it’s a gem! Everything was delicious! We had for an appetizer the empanada sampler and wow!!!! My husband had the skirt steak tacos which were delicious and seasoned to perfection! I had the city island basket and it may have been the best fried fish I’ve ever had! Definitely come visit this place!“

“Great atmosphere, with a split level bar/restaurant.
Food was great. Had the chicken empanadas to start (massive!)
For dinner, had the Tacu Tacu and my compadre had the Lomo Saltado. Both delicious and tasty dishes.
Drinks were also good. Had the Gin Mule, and a spicy tequila drink (can't remember the name). Both made with class.
Highly recommend this spot to small or medium sized groups.

“We ordered carnita tacos and the presentation was very good, although the meat was a little too salty, you could eat it, the atmosphere is like a bar where you can go to talk with friends but it is also familiar. In conclusion it is nothing wow but it is not the worst either so you can pass on the customer service is good.“

I love that's it's most likely family owned as we own a family owned business also. We love to give our business to small local businesses. We ordered the chicken and rice and beans and it was well seasoned and cooked. Very tasty. We will definitely be back to try another item off the menu.“
