“Great spot for a cozy pre theater dinner. It’s the entire brownstone so there’s more seating upstairs. Made reservations for 5:30 and the food came quickly and was delicious. It's tender, juicy, fresh, and has so much flavor! It's the Kobe of Pastrami! Sorry, didn't try the corn beef or knish but maybe next time. I got the $15.95 sandwich plus one Lb of pastrami $26.95. Tax is 6.625%. I paid cash but they do take cc. Just GO!“

The price tag matches it, but coming to establishments such as these, it is kind of to be expected. As for the food, the Canadian bacon was very juicy and flavorful, the heart of lettuce salad was divine and light. The apple and bleu cheese complement the salad perfectly. The steaks come out on sizzling hot plates. I got the porterhouse for two with my partner, and we could barely finished half. They are quite hefty pieces. But cooked to perfect medium rare as we asked with a nice char on the outside. Loved this place and it was a great experience.“
