“We had 3 sets of 3 scoops. 3 different people with 3 very different tastes in ice cream. 9 different flavors. They were all wonderful and exciting. This is not your ordinary ice cream shop but please do not let that deter you from trying them out. Just expect to be a bit adventurous and go for it. They are a small batch artisan style shop with many unique flavors to try. We also grabbed 4 pints of other flavors to take home and try. The owner was awesome, explained all of the flavors and offered samples. The inside was very cute with a good amount of seating for an ice cream shop. Please go and try them out because this is the type of place that would be truly missed by anyone that has visited.“

“I had a really great experience visiting Egypt Oasis today with my two children. The staff was so friendly and attentive. And the owner Mo introduced himself and was clearly passionate about his business. I was waiting on by Ella and she spent the time talking to my son about his sports. The business is very clean and they have so many selections. We all had the rolled ice cream but I noticed people in the store getting boba tea. There is much variety to choose from in a really cool atmosphere with cards at the tables. We will definitely be back!!“

“The most flavorful hard ice cream! The Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffle? ::chef's kiss:: We mixed it with the cappuccino (great coffee flavor!) and my non-sweet-eating husband ate his half. The kids had a handful of very colorful chocolate dipped waffle cones to choose from and enjoyed their delicious colorbomb on the bench outside. They got the crazy vanilla (because rainbows are fun to eat!) and it was not only pretty but also had a really nice vanilla flavor. We'll definitely be going out of our way for this stop again! “An old fashioned ice cream spot with tables to sit at and enjoy a nice treat. They have an excellent small vanilla shake and they don't skimp on the whipped cream. It costs about $5 and the sizing is more equivalent to a medium. All of the ice cream tastes fresh. Although prices are higher than we are used to, the quality is worth the cost. They have parking on each side and if you want to sit and rest on a bench near a tree nearby they have that option. They could benefit from some nice planters in the front. I will be back for their excellent shakes during the summer.“

“We recently had my daughter’s soccer team lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke with the manager on duty the evening prior and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We had the whole top floor to ourselves. Service was amazing as was the food. We sometimes have issues splitting checks because the girls want to sit together away from their parents but they handled it with ease. “Ice cream - both hard & soft-serve, ice pops, and other frozen treats with all the trimmings and toppings. They also have an eclectic mix of candies and toys, plus a few trinkets and gift items. Prices are comparably reasonable. Located right on Hamilton Street with plenty of on site parking. The service is outside (thru windows), so they're not always open on the colder days. But it's a great place to hang out on one of the benches when the sun is warm. It feels good supporting local business, too.“

“There were 4 vegan flavors when I went (watermelon sorbet, mango sorbet, oatly vanilla, and oatly latte). I enjoyed all of them. For toppings, I got wet walnuts, which were very delicious, and oreo pieces. There used to be vegan cookie dough bites that I really enjoyed, but I didn't see them this time (there were cookie dough bites, but not labeled as vegan). I would like some more vegan flavors and toppings to make this place even better.“

“The ice cream and Italian ice taste the same at this location as every other location, which is good. The problem is the selection. I was just at a Ritas in Pennsylvania and they had at least 8 different soft serve ice cream flavors, including cake batter and pistachio among others. This location always only has vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Pistachio is my favorite and I got that when I was in Pennsylvania. I also noticed the other Pennsylvania location had more Italian ice flavors as well.“

I felt really bad that I was unable to tip him or the great staff there using my card. Knowing that most don’t carry cash after Covid-19 (because let’s be honest, money was dirty before the pandemic) it seems unfair that the staff is unable to get tips via another method. People who work customer service jobs deserve to be able to receive tips for making sure the customers are taken care of. “It had been a few years since we dined here. The place is still real nice, inside and quite a bit of outdoor seating and a lot of lights. Drinks were good, the croquettes were tasty, my wife wasn't crazy about the 'wedge' salad. It was more like an inch thick steak cut with a nice dressing that was all on one side. We agreed we weren't crazy about the fried onions that covered the salad. A few ok, but there were as many deep fried onions as iceberg lettuce. I wasn't starving so I had the steak tartare which was good, not great. My wife had the prime rib which has a nice table side, cart carving presentation. Unfortunately, the meat wasn't very hot. I thought it was done perfectly, but she would have liked it done a little more. When ordering she was told it came rare and it seemed like that was the rule. Eating the more well-done parts of the nice piece of meat was enough to satisfy her. She can cook the left over any way she wants. Even though we had a late reservation we never felt rushed. The service was friendly. It may not have been perfect, but it was still a nice night out!. .“
