“Food was good even if the wait was a little long (20-30 mins on a weekday) to be seated because there was 10 of us. Once seated the waitress was right there and the food came out pretty quickly. It was very good and we all left satisfied.Parking: You hafta find parking in the surrounding residential neighborhood but we still managed to find a spot withing a 5 minute walk.“

“Great food, wonderful atmosphere.The scallops were wonderful! We had a really sweet waitress who was very helpful with recommendations.My only comment is that there was only one vegetarian option on the menu.Vegetarian options: There was a Caesar salad (with anchovies) on the menu. Other than that everything was meat or seafood based.“

“This was our second visit to Deauville Inn, and both times, the food was great and the setting is beautiful. We sat outside right on the water with a lovely view. We had corn ribs, oysters, chicken wings and salad with a couple of specialty cocktails. Everything was delicious-- a nice dining experience.“

“We went early to avoid the rush and the crowd. In the past it does get loud. Again, a nice meal. Salad was a bit smaller than usual. Great wait staff. Specials were way over priced, in my opinion and therefore went with the menu. It's Sea Isle.“

The only minor thing I didn't care for was the process of separate plates for the sides because it gives the feel of cafeteria style. I just like my food presented attractively on one plate as if someone prepared it for me in particular and not assembly style.“

“An absolutely phenomenal boil dinner prepared by Jay that was delicious, easy and a load of fun for my entire family! We can’t wait to come back to the shore next year and book another boil. “Landmark establishment. Mike leads a fantastic organization. Wether you want fresh local fish to go, great seafood takeout, or a fun evening on the laid back dock restaurant on the water, you can't go wrong here. My choice is to keep it super local and get the flounder but everybody has their own favorite.Kid-friendliness: Totally cool to take kids of any age. Dining area is very casual.“

“Every time I go to Borgis I have an excellent dinner and a wonderful time. Dino is an extraordinary chef and he always make sure to stop by to say hello to his customers. The view from the outside is amazing at sunset and the music is always good. The food is so good that I make sure to stop by before he closes for the season to stock up on his meatballs, so that I have them in the freezer throughout the winter !“

“Not much to say without echoing every other review. Food is excellent and fairly priced. The atmosphere and service are excellent. We go every year with a large group, and they roll out the red carpet. Awesome steaks and seafood. Lobster was incredible. Drinks flowed. Cozy bar upon entering, love it there.Parking: To be fair, I've mainly taken a car service and when I last drove, I don't remember it being difficult to find parking.“

“Went to Avalon Links for the Easter brunch buffet with my family since we decided not to cook this year. Best decision ever!!! The food was AMAZING and the atmosphere top notch with great views of the golf course. Our server was very attentive and friendly and kept our beverages coming, I had Bloody Mary’s with just the right amount of spicy. We will most definitely be back for the Mother’s Day brunch! “We had pork belly Ruben, pork belly grilled cheese, crab cakes, cream of crab soup, shrimp appetizer and fried pickels. Only thing thay was a NO dont like was the fried pickels, they where cut to thick and had alot of breading on them. Everything elae was great!!“

“Food was amazing as always! Always a great time seeing friends and saying Hi to the chefs. We had a reservation for 2 but saw friends at the bar and wanted to have dinner with them. We were switched to a larger table with no problem. Service is always top-notch!“

“Went there expecting fabulous food, it was on the ok side, nothing to write home about. The asparagus could have been peeled , was so tough. The bernaise sauce on the lobster tails was bland . Waitress never asked if anyone wanted a second beverage , had the table runner not brought back water, we would have had absolutely no drinks at all. While we weee sitting there I do not think she even came back to thank us for the tip . Very nicely decorated for Christmas. I’m sure during the day it has a lovely view of the docs/water/boats. We all agreed it’s a one and done .“

“I'll Posto is an upscale BYOB in Avalon. We stopped in early on a Saturday during off season. We were quickly seated and met by a server. The space is upscale. There were a number of specials which they explained to us. The pesto that accompanied the bread was a great burst of flavor. We started with the fried calamari which had a wonder drizzle of both balsamic and a red sauce. Both added to the dish in a positive way. We shared a caesar salad which was fairly boiler plate in terms of presentation and flavor. For entrees our kids had linguini and meatballs which is off menu for kids and my wife had risotto far diablo and I had a seafood special with a rose cream sauce. Both were very flavorful with lots of seafood and the special had homemade pasta. Wait staff was attentive. Only downside was price, which was high even by shore standards. Overall it was a very solid meal.“

“New Yorker Review. This place is genuinely very good. Food was on point and the service was humble. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and so was the chef. Small quick take out joint bring it back to the hotel when you are in the area next time. They make it spicy too. Curry chicken, kung pao, chicken broccoli, wings and fried rice is what we ordered. Bill $65 Overall we loved it.“

“We love Ike's and are happy to see it is still open in th off-season (weekends anyway). We have eaten here a bunch of times over the years and are always satisfied.The menu is large enough that there is something for everyone. Over the years, I've tried the fish and chips, the chicken Parm wrap, fish tacos, the crab cake sandwich and a few other things I can't remember. All of it is great. The chips are plentiful and very tasty.With views of the fishing pier and the ocean, what more could you ask for? Ike's has become a staple of our visits to Ocean City.“

“We ordered takeout from here and it was delicious! We ordered the crabcakes, muscles, as well as clams. Everything was extremely delicious the sauce for the mussels and clams was to die for. I wish we had extra bread so that I could have chunks more in the clam sauce. We called in for a large take-out order and the restaurant even called back and we're talking to us about if they can do it family style or other things like that to cater to the party better. I thought this was an extremely genuine gesture that not every restaurant had to do, and it made our experience some of your dining at home better. I would suggest this to anyone in the area.“

“We eat here a lot when vacationing or visiting the OC area. Have never had anything that wasn't delish. My favorite is Seafood, and my husband is a meat eater and has tried everything from Steaks, lamb, kangaroo, and camel. My go to is scallops or coconut shrimp. If in area, try it you won't be disappointed. Save room for dessert, they are good too.“

“Had a private party in the dining room this weekend.. The food was delicious and each dish exceeded our expectations (salmon, stuffed pork, pasta with veggies and roast beef). The staff provided exceptional service (John was our bartender and Carrie took care of everything else). The dining room provides the best of both worlds.. perfectly setup to sit and enjoy your food and drinks. In addition, you have the option of comfortably walking around to talk to party guest. The whole party was a success and we cannot thank the staff at Gregory’s enough for the fantastic experience.“

“My girlfriend and I ate breakfast here during our vacation to Cape May in late August 2023. Ocean View is placed right along Beach Ave and only a short walk from many of the hotels.The ambiance was nice and we had a great view of the promenade and beach. It was pleasantly cool and quiet despite being a fairly busy late morning.I ordered the Meat Omelette with Hot Italian Sausage added with Home Fries and Wheat Toast. The Omelette was well done and there was more than enough meat to be filling. The Home Fries and Toast were perfectly cooked and perfectly accompanied the Omellete.“

“Alex, at the counter, was very helpful in organizing a bucket for my daughter's birthday. She made me feel welcome and walked me through the whole process. The storefront was very clean and well organized. The seafood was fresh and looked great. The directions were clear and concise. I followed to a T and the results were spot on. “Ordered takeout. Shrimp & scallops, butterfly shrimp, and scallops and flounder dinners. All fried. Only a 20 min pickup wait time which is very good considering how crowded the island is this weekend. Everything was packed up hot and ready when I got there. Scallops were excellent, flounder was some of the best I’ve ever had in Avalon. The butterfly shrimp were a bit over cooked. Baked potatoes were huge. A couple of our orders had corn on the cob. Super fresh and delicious. (As a side note, I had tried to call Ricks Seafood in Wildwood. They were completely sold out for the day.)“

“Just picked up a bucket for two to share with my boyfriend for dinner and it was delicious! The bucket was a perfect portion for two with quality seafood that was cooked perfectly. The Ocean Crat special sauce on the seafood was amazing! Definitely one of the best seafood places on the island. 10/10 recommend for seafood takeout!“

“1st time diner and they hooked me in for life!!! Crab cake. Exceptional. Best I had at the shore! Scallops melt in your mouth. New England clam chowder is the best I had in my life! I'm 47! No heavy seasoning just the delicious cream and clams. A BUNCH of clams!! Clam and linguine was to die for. We will be back!!“

“Great place for a casual dinner with friends and family. Lots of tvs around and food is bar beach food. They don't take reservations so in the height of the summer, you may have to wait but grab a drink at the bar or shop downstairs and it's worth it!“

“I go here all the time. The lobster is absolutely amazing! They have lots of cool fish on the walls and decorate according to the holiday. Servers are super friendly and speedy. I'd recommend the sweet potato fries! The dipping sauce is great :)“

“I came here all the time when I was younger and this was my first time back in years! It’s our tradition to always get the Hawaiian chicken plate and they never disappoint! “Cousins to go place in Ocean City! My cousin's took us here last year and the food was amazing We went over the weekend and we were not let down from the salad to the desserts. The entire staff is friendly and The atmosphere is perfect. We cannot wait to go back!“
