“I recently visited Mighty Bread Company in Philadelphia and it’s easily one of the most charming bakeries in the city. The place has a cozy neighborhood vibe, and you can tell right away that everything is made with real care and craftsmanship.

The sourdough bread is the star here—crispy crust, chewy inside, and full of flavor. I also tried one of their breakfast sandwiches and a pastry, and both were excellent. Everything tasted fresh, simple, and thoughtfully made.

The atmosphere feels relaxed and welcoming, with locals stopping in for coffee, bread, or brunch. Overall, Mighty Bread Company is a fantastic spot if you love artisanal bread and a laid-back café experience in Philly.“

Called her on Thursday for a Saturday late day delivery… top notch, on time delivery but best yet… amazing mini cupcakes…baked on Saturday delivered fresh!!! “I love the food here. But i went there tonight around 730 and it was frigid outside. Just as we were sitting down to eat our food the worker decided to open the doors to carry all the outdoor furniture in then kept them open while he changed trash outside too. Not a care in the world for how freezing it was for his customers. It was extremely disappointing. We drive like 25 minutes to eat here. May be a while before we do that again.“

Since then, I myself have sent them to so many family and friends. Here are my top reasons for loving this company: 1. Their chocolate chip cookies are seriously so amazing! (and I am very particular about my chocolate chip cookies), 2. Their service is amazing! They respond to emails and phone messages really quickly and do what they can to help, 3. They are military friendly - whenever I need to ship to my nephew's military base in Alaska (which is very hard to get companies to deliver to by the way), they always help me out, get the shipping done quickly, and are super helpful. “Did an online order for a birthday cake and cupcakes. Probably should have called to confirm but just trusted it would work out. Friends picked up the cakes and brought them into the party. Our guests mistakenly thought the friends that brought the cakes had baked them. These poor friends were inundated for the rest of the party with demands to know their recipes and their baking secrets. The cakes were apparently SO GOOD. I can’t attest because once word spread, the cakes were swooped up like toilet paper in 2020. Can’t wait to actually try them on our next party when I plan better and hold back a secret cake stash.“

“Stopped by the Swedesboro location for the first time today. I showed up 10 minutes after they opened and there were only a few cupcakes left. Basically sold out within 15 minutes of opening. That’s how you know they’re good! I got a Lucky Charm cupcake and a chocolate cupcake. But those weren’t all I went for… I got an assortment of 12 macarons. So far I have only tried 1- the blood orange. It was fantastic! The staff member working was very kind & helpful. I cannot wait to go back. If you are to go make sure you go early. Get there before they open or within a half hour of them opening. Their products go fast! It was well worth the trip. I look forward to visiting again soon!“

“I've been buying from Isgros since 1975. Anyone who writes a bad review of this beloved bakery is likely to think the Grand Canyon is merely a hole in the ground. Don't believe any of their drivel. Maybe.....maybe!....they caught a bad batch of goods....but its highly unlikely. Everything sells out! How can stuff be stale? Impossible!! Everything they produce is simply sensational. I've never heard of any complaints from anybody who I know to be a regular customer. Pricing? Is that even worth mentioning? Does anyone gripe about the price of a Mercedes? The goods cost what they cost because they're high quality and delicious.“
