“We stopped in for dinner and drinks.. They Did Not Disappoint! The customer service was amazing! We had Emily and she was super sweet, she keep checking to make sure we were okay and just made everything even more awesome. Our food .... I wanted to go back the next day! It was absolutely delicious. The appetizers just were the roll of red carpet greatness! Everything tasted great and left you wanting more. Everything has the fire grilled taste, and we had leftovers! I loved the drink menu! They had seasonal drinks and a bunch of cool cocktail drinks to order, i tried a few and they were all really good! But there is something about their espresso martini.... lol give me another! The bartender was on point!! Didn't get his name but I hope he's making my drinks when I get back there!“

“Spectacular food and ambiance! First time here last night - was for my dad’s 70th. The food was unbelievably fantastic! Erid (our server) was excellent and very attentive. The bartender Patrick made the most delicious espresso martinis I’ve had to so far anywhere. The chicken parm took up the entire plate and the chicken carbonara tasted other-worldly! The wine selection is excellent and it was just an overall excellent experience. I’m already jonesing to go back!!!“

The service was amazing throughout the meal, I wish I got the servers name as he was really an incredibly friendly young man who clearly knew the menu very well. “This was one of our most memorable dinners of 2025 so far — everything we ordered was delicious.

We started with the marinated tomatoes with stracciatella and the focaccia, then had the Thai basil tagliatelle with crab and the breaded pork chop as mains, and finished with the corn brûlée and blueberry pâte à choux for dessert.

The marinated tomatoes with the focaccia were an excellent pairing, and the tagliatelle was a surprisingly delightful fusion — spicy, flavorful, and very well balanced. The pork chop was excellent too: juicy and flavorful, though slightly undercooked near the bone. The corn brûlée was fantastic, while the pâte à choux was the only dish that didn’t quite hit the mark.

Overall, the food was outstanding and the space was very cozy. Our only wish was for slightly better ventilation in the restaurant, but otherwise, it was an amazing dining experience.“

Our waitress, Breanna C, was fantastic. One of the first things she asked is what brought us there today and once we mentioned we were seeing a show, she provided her recommendations for how to time everything so we would not be rushing to make it to the show on time. Breanna was very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. She also provided honest recommendations, which was appreciated. The food was delicious and portion sizes were perfect. i’ve been here numerous times with different parties and i’ve always had a great experience. it’s also one of the few restaurants I can consistently get in with a last-minute reservation or walk-in while still feeling the place is lively and bumping every time I’m there. it’s a delicate balance and they nail it consistently. chef Michael’s food is excellent, bev director Michael has put together an awesome program and chef Ervis is such a handsome and gentle man who also happens to make great pastas. what a combo.

“This past spring my family and I took a roadtrip out east and after spending a day in Philadelphia watching the Union (MLS) we ventured into NJ in search of some local Italian eateries. It was a Sunday evening and not many establishments were open however we were fortunate Vitale's Italian Bistro was the exception. Warm welcoming staff greeted us, prompt and attentive wait service, and delicious food in abundance! It was a wonderful evening and a fine way in capping off our 10 day east coast road trip!“
