“The variety of options for Sat/Sunday brunch are quite nice! Very tasty, nice presentation and great service. We sat on the patio n for a bit and then inside. Great views outside and nice ambience inside. I was last here 15 years ago and the property is well maintained and a beautiful blend of New Mexican with some modern touches. Great blend of traditional and new. We will return sooner than 15 years!“

I did not try any of their food, but they had an OK beer selection for a hotel bar, and the overall atmosphere was really nice. “Everything about this place was an unexpected happy surprise. I had the spinach and mushroom enchiladas with tomatillo sauce. The tangy sauce balanced out the blend of veggies and ricotta cheese perfectly for a unique vegetarian dish. The food is in the style of Michoacàn, Mexico. Lots of great seafood. The beans and rice are fresh and flavorful. Finish your meal with Cafe de olla and a flan. The service was great too. Very friendly.“

“We arrived around 4:45. There must have been six or seven servers/hostesses at the front desk. They were all chatting about something. One had a walkie-talkie type device in her hand. NO ONE acknowledged us for a minute or two! I found this to be very rude. You can check your security tape to verify this. I am the older lady who is on oxygen. The indoor fountain and outdoor landscaping make this a very attractive place to bring tourists. Our waiter was pleasant but forgot to bring honey with the sopapillas. Food was OK-- a bit overpriced perhaps. The negatives won't stop us from returning someday, but you do need to address your staff on customers coming first. They all looked to be in their teens or early 20s and probably this is their first job. They need to be TRAINED how to show respect to customers and acknowledge people when they are standing in front of them-- eve if they have to say, "I'll be with you in just a second."“

“Loved Ruby’s. The food was great and very reasonable. We stopped for lunch while on a road trip and wanted authentic New Mexico food. This place was exactly what we wanted! The staff was so friendly too. I would recommend this place. Only drawback is that there are only 3 tables inside to sit. Fortunately, all the local patrons either ordered their their food in advance for pickup, or did take out.“

“My favorite bar in New Mexico. Simple menu with great Mexican food that incorporates hatch chiles whenever possible. Definitely try a sopaipilla or five. And a very knowledgeable proprietor behind the bar who can guide any customers interested in the more rare distilled spirits and delicious libations.“

The Carne Asada burrito is extremely flavorful and packed with food. The HOMEMADE pinto beans, fresh rice, perfectly cooked asada all rolled into a tortilla. You thought Sanchez taco was good but please try this place out. Support your TRUE local offering that won't be found anywhere else unlike other places that can be found anywhere.“

“The absolute BEST huevos rancheros I’ve had in a very long time. Complemented by smashed roasted potatoes that I’ve never had before. Everything was excellent. “My husband, daughter and I enjoy Filibertos. Especially the taquitos on Mondays. I decided to try a carne adovada chimichanga this time. I asked for no Pico de Gallo (I can't eat onions.) Unfortunately there was Pico throughout the meat in the chimi as well as underneath. Thank goodness I ordered extra taquitos! My husband had a meal for another day, but definitely disappointing for me. Other than that, food was good.“

“I haved stayed at the hotel a couple of times in the past two weeks. The Mesa Grill is convenient to the hotel and I like to get the food in a go box to take to the hotel room.

I have been craving Asian food so last week I went to the counter and ordered orange chicken with fried rice. The gave me the little light up buzzer and the food was ready to pick up at the counter in about 5 minutes.
The orange chicken and fried rice were very good with plenty of vegetables. The proportions were huge. Only $10, so a good deal, and you dont tip any servers so you save money that way. It's self serve....

“It's the food you're used to, which is good. It seems nowadays most of the Twister restaurants are empty and depressing. This address, in particular, has a weird sewage smell, it always has so I always get it to-go from here. Not sure if the smell is from the area or their drains.“
