The owner gave me a call a few minutes after I made the order to let me know they were out of fufu (pounded yams) and replaced it with yellow rice. “This place has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Queens. A quick walk past the kitchen and the friendly staff on the grill upon entry and you are already excited about what’s to come.

Service is attentive and they offer you a lot of help with the menu if needed. I noticed the table next to me was sharing a bottle of ouzo. They noticed me looking and gladly offered me some. It was a great experience.

Everything is cooked perfectly and the margaritas are tasty and inexpensive. This place is located a bit off the beaten path but it should absolutely be packed everyday. Also, Oscar provides some of the best service I’ve had in years!“

“Had delivery a few times before and came tonight to eat in person with my wife and we loved it. It is a very tiny space but very nice. We split the stir fried bok Choi and the fried chicken mini dumplings. They were both good but the dumplings were especially great. She got chicken with broccoli and I got Mala chicken; both were also great. Finally, they gave us a free cucumber salad which was actually the best thing we had!

The staff were not very talkative but very nice!
