“Staff was friendly and very involved on the time we spent. Our instructor was very helpful and made it easy for us to understand how we kept score. We opened a tab and it was a pleasant atmosphere. Music wasn't to loud that you couldn't talk. Every lane was safe as they had cages and made sure people threw in their own caged lane. Overall I'd rate this place 9 out of 10“

“I was very impressed, moonlighting in the bartender night life for the last 20 years. I normally don’t go out to bars. My sister and myself were down at Lenox hospital for our Dads surgery. One of the desk staff at Franklin Hotel recommended Penrose! The staff, manager and bartender were so friendly. I have to say I was very happy. I will certainly pop over again next time I’m in the area!!!! The drinks and food were top notch… So cheers Penrose to your amazing hospitality ❤️“

Stopped in for Brunch on Sunday morning. Relaxed environment and pace of the meal, but temperature was a bit stuffy and warm.

Food was on point. Ordered Benedict, Omlette, Pancakes, and some lunch items. Fantastic gnocchi as well.“

“We had our wedding dinner at Panzon-- and it rocked! Could not be happier with how it turned out.

We did a full venue rental and held a cocktail hour followed by family style dinner. David, the owner, was super responsive and helpful planning the menu and event. Staff, service, and food were amazing the whole night. Big recommend!“

You can feel the intention behind everything at Bar Americano from the weight of the glassware to the garnish on the drink to the playlist. Here the food is different not the usual curry dish or sate and oh soooo good.
Loved the 2 shrimp dishes we ordered, the shrimp cake as appetizer was excellent.
Our waitress Siri was friendly, helpful and always smiling.

“Good oysters and a happy hour that runs until 7pm. The oysters were fresh and while I’m not a huge fan of red sauce I did enjoy the freshly shaved horseradish. That and a few other small Spanish plates and $12 martinis made this a pleasant low key early evening out“

Very welcoming and cozy, modern Thai restaurant with the South East Asian flare you'd be looking for if having visited Thailand before. Decor is a mix of modern and traditional which gives a nice feel, ambiance is relaxed.

I was greeted with friendly & warm smiles and seated at the spacious bar area where Yatika helped me decide food/drink choices. I can vouch for the excellent food quality and selection (Northern Thai & Bangkok) having ordered Khanom Jeen Nam Ngiao & Tom Kha soup

Shout out to Yatika for the excellent service and making your patrons feel welcomed and wanting to come back! I'd highly recommend and will definitely be back when coming through the city. Double 👍👍“

“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

There was only one bartender and although it wasn’t super busy it felt like anytime a drink was needed he was chatting with people at the bar or on his phone. It really wasn’t a major issue but it was a little annoying. The space itself is pretty cute but does feel a little half finished. Not a bad spot but there are so many good ones in the neighborhood.“

There is a simple menu of grilled cheese sandwiches and different types of dogs, but they are so good, especially after a few aforementioned beers. An easy way to spend an afternoon. Mozzarella sticks were frozen, Cajun fries, a handful of paprika drowned over the top Today beer that's normally $6 was $8 plus a $4 tip, tax and looking for another tip. Bill should have been $20 it's $30. Live with your wn failure. Don't put it on the customers. Pretty bartenders won't cover incompetence.“

“Seriously one of the best restaurants/bars I’ve been to. The service was unbelievable and the owner actually served us (we later found out he was the owner and were shocked). We told him we were celebrating our anniversary and he helped us so we had a longer reservation.
The live DJ was so good and we shazamed so many songs that he played off of the records.
Such a great date night spot for the atmosphere and the food was amazing. Small menu but every single thing on it was amazing.
The wine was tasty, the drinks different but exciting. Would recommend the sole e vento white wine, the coa de jima drink, and the cold sesame noodles specifically.
There is also a really cute outdoor area with an outdoor bar!
Overall 12/10 and would most definitely return.“
