The clubhouse sandwich is absolutely amazing, the chimi de pollo, Yaroa, their chicken bites and the tostones (tastes like straight from motherland). “Today, I decided to stop and try this restaurant. I walked in and asked about the menu, the lady at the bar help ( very beautiful). I decided on a chicken roti. When I got home and opened my package I was surprised at the size (huge) and the taste ( delicious). I will be back. 🥰“

“The food was great I went during food week. I had the salmon with garlic mash and broccoli. The meal also came with dessert and an appetizer. You can add a glass of wine for 5 dollars. For the appetizer I had the birria empanada my cousin had the island shrimp I believed it was called. The shrimp👍🏾👍, I wasn't crazy about the empanada. I would definitely revisit this place. “First time coming here people kept recommending it so I finally pulled up. I had a great time. The server was nice and they gave good food recommendations, which I enjoyed it all. It is a real intimate setting, so make sure you make reservations. But definitely worth the visit.“

Nuff a the food were finished(sold out) but we got the pepper steak w/rice&peas and raw vegetables (shredded carrots and cabbage,love it!) and sweet chilie wings w/rice and peas. Firstly, rice and peas can eat by itself! Well nice!! She wanted oxtail but it was basically done but server(wish i got her name) gave us the few small pieces with the gravy to her rice. Food: We got the Oxtail Rigatoni and Jerk Chicken with rice and beans. Incredibly delicious!! The food was incredibly fresh and tasty, even after 2 days in the fridge after we took leftovers, it tasted really good.

Drinks: Marvarita was really good, sugarcane spritz was warm and not very good, you can pass.

Atmosphere: We went at 5pm on a Sunday, there was live music, hilarious singer who complemented people sitting around.

Service: 11/10. Barbara(the owner) is lovely, she came and said hi, chatted with us and even took our order. Our server was Anthony, delightful man, felt like he was a cousin. we felt like we were so welcome and KNOWN in the restaurant.

Pricepoint: ridiculously reasonable esp being in Greenwich.

This will be our go to Jamaican spot from this point on.“

“I walked in on a Saturday around 12pmto get oxtail and their customer service was amazing. I got oxtail, rice &peas with oxtail patty. They were both really good, the patty was very flaky and sweet. I sat to eat and the oxtail was really good , they used a balsamic rice and I loved every bite.

Chuletas Can Can: love it. This is a must get. Insane flavor and crunch and juiciness. I loved putting the meat in the goat curry sauce. That’s the trick chef Mike taught us!! I can’t describe how amazing this is.

Goat: Super flavorful, a bit of spice, great great flavor. We got extra curry sauce which was amazing

Plantain with eggs & caviar: my husband was obsessed with this. It was okay to me but he loved it!!

Pepper sauce: asked for some of this on the side. Yes!!!! Amazing scotch bonnet flavor

Bar Kabawa bites

Solomon Gundy: Wow. Wow. Get it.

Pickled Okra: I love okra and this was next level

Daiquiri: well balanced drink over shaved ice. Fave drink of the night

This was a great culinary tour of the Caribbean

The staff was amazing by the way. We sat by chef Mike who was so personable and clearly passionate about what he does. Super fun and high energy. He was truly impressed by the amount of food we ordered and our ability to finish it.

As we were leaving the young lady approached me saying they gave her pumpkin that she didn’t order or want and asked for the dollar back. I was very surprised about that.
