“We ordered online before the restaurant opened. Our order was due to be done by 330pm (only 30 minutes after they opened) we arrived around 340pm and our order was ready. We ordered Tassot Cabrit-Fried Goat with black rice with fried plantains, Oxtails, black rice, cabbage with sweet plantains, an order of Mac and Cheese and an order of Fried Okra. EVERYTHING was amazing. Great flavor, just enough spice and the portion size was good. My son is picky with food and he really liked the mac and cheese. Even though we ordered to take out we decided to stay and eat. They had no issues with that. Services was on point and they played great music. We were there during the day but it is a lounge and would be fitting for other types of events. Overall 5/5 for us. We will return to try other menu items. The food smelled and looked so good we forgot to take pictures. Overall very delicious Caribbean food.“

“My friends and I have stopped by during on Sunday rides on our motorcycles. RedLine NEVER disappoints!! I love their personal pan pizza and the BEST burgers & fries ever. “I have to say, this experience was just amazing ! The food was fantastic! We had the Hanger Steak, Jalea, Shrimp Tacos and Arroz con Marisco. The Coconut Margarita was exceptional! The service was absolutely top notch thank you Cassidy!! The owner, Maura, came over to our table to greet us and thanked us for being there! She was so sweet and so engaging! We ate the desert platter which included flan, a brownie and a fabulous bread pudding.! I highly recommend Maura’s and will be coming back to try the ceviche!“

“The restaurant 1915 is located on the second floor of the historic Bear Mountain Inn, and for most visitors, it’s the only real dining option in the park if you’re hoping for something more substantial than trail mix or a packed lunch. And you do pay for the premium. At noon, it operates buffet-style, charging for about $60 a person, with only a moderate selection of food. For hot foods, you can’t serve yourself. Instead, you point at your choices behind the buffet line and a waiter portions it for you, a slightly annoying formality.
The spread leans toward comfort food: carved meats, pastas in creamy sauces, roasted vegetables, and a modest salad bar with cured meats and smoked salmon tucked among the greens. There’s a waffle station too, where you can point the cook to pile berries, whipped cream, and dried fruits onto thick golden rounds. It’s not an overwhelming variety, and for the price — noticeably high — you might hope for a bit more refinement or breadth.
With the above said, the food is simple but satisfying: the salmon surprisingly moist, the beef hearty, the salad fresh if unremarkable. The waffles are great, feel like a small indulgence earned after a morning’s climb. And the setting — those sweeping views through the wide lodge windows, the heavy timbered ceiling soaring above — makes the meal feel like part of a larger, almost storybook outing.“
