“This place is absolutely amazing. My friend told me to try Pakistani food because I love Indian and Bengali food, and I absolutely loved it. The people are very friendly, the food is amazing, the prices are amazing, and the portions are amazing. I got the seekh kabab roll, qeema naan, and a pint of kheer only for 16. Restaurant is a little worn down, but the service and food make up for it. Also try the chicken achaari and chicken biryani.“
“Just found this place! Food is so good! The chef came out to talk to us and even brought a special dessert for us to try. Our server was so helpful when ordering . We hadn’t tried southern Indian food so it was nice to have assistance with what to choose. We had our first idly and dosa. Delicious! We will be back to try new things!“

“Incredible place with a diverse menu that has tons of different flavors. This is a go-to spot for any vegetarian to grab different styles of momo's and chaaps. We ordered tandoori and fried momo's, along with Afghani and Amritsari chaap; everything was so delicious and this will be my go-to spot. A must try the vegetarian option in Nassau County NY!!“
“It was a pleasant experience with the Iftaar Buffet. Very friendly, kind and mindful service, as I have moved recently from Chicago and was searching for our Hyderabadi flavored food and this was the only place where my taste buds were satisfied and reminded me the actual feel and taste of hyderabadi foood and Hyderabadi HALEEM. Highly recommended..!! In short can be described in Hyderabadi as- “Maut dal diey, aakhri maaze ka tha khaana, Aur kal le Lup lup marlere thy gosh khaare tho”???“
“NICE SOUTH INDIAN CUISINE!We went to get dosa for our son who was craving for one. We were seated and got our orders in a very short time. My son loved his Dosa and my husband enjoyed his plate of idli. I ordered lasooni gobhi which was tasting like ketchup on gobhi Manchurian. Overall it was a pleasant and good experience.Idli : 10/10Dosa: 10/10Lasooni Gobhi: 6/10“

“We ordered food through uber eats and to our surprise it was excellent. We never heard the name of this place until it was suggested by uber eats when i entered in the search "vada pav" lol... We ordered multiple things from menu like paneer tikka masala, vada pav, pav bhaji, butter naan etc. Everything was good.“
“Now that’s something Hicksville was waiting for, newly opened that’s why not so popular but I must admit they are one of the best roll’s in the area I have tried so far.I personally recommend to give it a try.The only suggestion I would like to add to the owner is please add some dips option.“
“Kiran Palace is an exceptional Indian restaurant that never fails to impress. The moment you step inside, you are greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu boasts a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes that are bursting with flavor and spices. From the aromatic biryanis to the creamy butter chicken, every dish is a delightful culinary journey. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it an excellent value for money. Whether dining in or getting a takeaway, Kiran Palace is a top choice for those craving delectable Indian cuisine.“
“AUTHENTIC DHAABHA FOOD!We got three curries packed to go. Uncle at the front desk was warm and welcoming. His hospitality was amazing. The quality and quantity of food was outstanding. The food was mildly spiced as requested. The chole was authentic Pindi Chole and not like regular Chana masala. Truly satisfied with the taste and experience of Punjabi Dhabha. It’s a small dine in area so be mindful of the wait times during weekends. I wish they expand to a bigger restaurant soon.SECOND TIME VISIT:We went for a dine in experience. The place was very busy as it was a weekend. We got a complimentary lassi. The food was delicious. Chole puri took me to the streets of Delhi. The food was treat for both eyes and our palate. We also enjoyed the Punjabi Thali. Gobhi parantha was soft and well stuffed. Food was mildly spicy and made with perfect match of flavors.“
“Cotillion has been my go-to Indian restaurant in Long Island for years, offering an unmatched dining experience every time. Their classics like Chicken Tikka, Cotillion Special Biryani, and the Malai Kabab never disappoint, but it's the Chilli Fried Lamb that truly steals the show. The fusion of traditional and innovative, especially with dishes like Hakka Noodles Chilli Paneer, sets Cotillion apart. Whether dining in or opting for their excellent catering service, Cotillion is a culinary jewel worth experiencing.“
“Excellent, all women operated and maintained. tastiest of mithais available in the area. I really loved their collection of mithais. They have good samosas, dehi Barray, and other things available. It's a good experience.Vegetarian options: All are almost vegetarian but many products use milk and eggs.Dietary restrictions: Sweets sweets.Parking: Parking in the street and in the backside of the building as well.Kid-friendliness: Kids can roam easily. But needs to be careful.“
“This place was excellent, we had the vegetable samosas, chicken korma and biryani all cooked and seasoned perfectly. The service was great. They are a byob restaurant but no worries, you can buy a bottle of wine/beer across the street and bring it with you. We’ll be back!“
“Came here with my brother. The place is small, and at first was dark so it looked closed. There's parking in the back and when we sat down, they turned on the main lights. There are a few tables but I think their main business is takeout. At first we ordered the Butter Chicken, Lamb Korma, and Garlic Nan. The worker informed us that the two entrees came with either Nan or rice so we chose one of each. And canceled the Garlic Nan. He then upgraded our Nan to the Garlic Nan. I also ordered a Mango Lassi. Did was great. Highly recommend!“
“Great vegetarian food. Menu is hard to follow based solely on the ingredient descriptions, but staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back. Everything was packed with a great balance of intense flavors.Parking: Easy parking out frontKid-friendliness: Easy going atmosphere“
“Quite honestly the best Indian cuisine i have ever had. Very kind and accommodating family run restaurant with seriously SERIOUSLY tasty food. Me and my girlfriend had the shrimp appetizer and butter paneer. totally blown away by both dishes. Extremely fresh. Truly comforting tasty food. Highly recommend! Mid day is nice and peaceful for an intimate dining experience. EDIT!....this place is still amazing, we get the butter chicken and garlic naan now its so good. All my friends and family love this place too, even a friend who swore they wouldn't like Indian food.Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options that are all great.“
“We were in Hicksville and wanted some snacks for afternoon. We saw this place and wanted to try it. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. We went for just one item and we ended having three. The most important thing we noticed was their quantity. We had dabeli in so many places but we couldn’t finish this one . As they filled it so much . Their noodles were very tasty, made fresh and they gave lotsss of them. We really enjoyed their food and will definitely go back“
“We went to Mithaas many times for breakfast and methai, this time I went after Shiva Ratri for dinner with fes of my friends. I was not sure what to order since I have tasted most of the food. Everything was amazingly tasty there, A friendly staff helped me to choose spring Dosa. I haven’t tried their Dosa so I ordered it. It was very good. All the staff were helpful and friendly and the owner was very welcoming and polite. My friends ordered chat and chole bhature . We enjoyed the warm vegetarian food . Ambience was pretty casual since it was not a fine dining. We highly recommend this place to everyone. And of course try their sweets… Vey fresh and tasty. This time I choose Jalebi. It was deliciousEnjoy dining at Mithaas with your friends and family.“
“I recently discovered this restaurant with a few friends and we absolutely love it. We came here for iftar and everything was delicious. There were so many items to choose from including butter chicken, bhindi, rice and many appetizers. The chai is also very good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The service is excellent as well. A few days later we returned for sehri and everything was on point. The ambiance is very pretty and cozy with beautiful decorations. 10/10.“
“Came here Sunday evening. The place was empty but it seemed like they had a lot of out going orders. We ordered an appetizer of a chickpea thing and it was so yummy! All 3 of us ordered different types of chicken. All 3 were delicious. Service was fast. I wish we got more of the bread crackers with the oil in the beginning. There are mobile menus and physical menus too. I can't wait to come back or order out again. Everything was so fresh.“
“Royal tangra masala is the best indo Chinese fusion place I have ever been to and to even go further than that it is THE best restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. From the staff to the ambiance of the restaurant it is an amazing experience with wonderful kind hearted people. I have had the pleasure of seeing all of china town and their establishments and to this day I whole heartedly believe royal tangra masalas food blows them all out of the water.“
“Went for the first time and didn’t know what to expect. We ordered the paper dosa and cheese dosa. These are huge! Plenty of food for 4 people. Everything was delicious! I would definitely recommend to others and return for another night.“
“At first there was a little confusion with my breadstick order. But the staff was caring and corrected my order and made sure I left satisfied. I will order from them again and they are the best pizza shop in Hicksville. Their curry breadstick is the best!!“
“I hav only been there once but I think it's safe to say best Indian restaurant on Long Island. The food was phenomenal, the service was great, even the owner came around and had a nice convo with us. We are vegetarian so I can't speak on the meat dishes but everything we had was delicious. Best garlic naan I ever had, the dishes were bigger than I expected for the price, and none of it was greasy or spicy (we asked for mild). Thank you Bobby for a wonderful time in your beautiful restaurant.“
“Went for a buffet lunch here. Food was tasty but not as many options as it used to be before Covid. What surprised me the most was, rotiies were not part of the buffet. We had to pay separately for it. It really doesn’t make any sense. I don’t think we would go here for buffet lunch again.“
“Top notch delicious food!!! A very very good restaurant with the most amazing food and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the cocktails and food. Everything was so so delicious. I have visited this restaurant thrice and all the three times the service, staff and food were excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to try out the besttt food and cocktails and have a pleasant time.“
“Our new favorite go-to for Indian. We have already been twice this week after finding it on Sunday. We have loved everything we have tried: Mulligatawny, Samosa Chat, Delhi ki Alu Chat, Alu Gobi, Chicken Tikka Masala & the desserts are out of this world!! We will be back soon and look forward to trying the rice pudding! Simi, our server (both times), couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. If you have a spice level preference just let them know and your meal will be prepared to your liking! Be a little patient this food is fresh and made to order, and well worth the little wait. Also grateful to have met such a kind and generous owner who really cares about your experience, even though the food absolutely speaks for itself. Yummmm“
“I had a party of 12. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. I think this place should be crowded every night. We had a variety of dishes from tandoori to vindaloo. Each dish was delicious. Do not hesitate to try Indian food and Diwan. It was great!“
“Beautiful restaurant in the Hilton Hotel on Route 110. I like the atmosphere and they burn insence and have flickering lights on the walls. Friendly staff. I don’t like really spicy food as this place is an Asian fusion of Indian, Chinese and Thai food. The best food is the Hot and Sour Soup with chicken. 10/10 in taste, flavor and quality. I ate here with my friend almost everyday and got take out as well. The spring rolls are ok, the pad Thai noddles are delicious, steamed dumplings are great. Fried rice with chicken is outstanding. Bit pricey for a soda at $5 each.“
“Went a while ago with me and my friend. But the food not only looked great but tasted better and filled us up. The only thing better than the food was the service as the lady who helped us out was generous and helpful. Just one of the best places to eat in east meadow.“
