“Great place to eat in the late summer and fall . The view of the trees turning colors from the outside dining on the deck is BEAUTIFUL ! The food is okay , service not that good , but it’s worth it for the view alone . You get an amazing view overlooking the trees and the lake below from the deck . We enjoyed a Beautiful day there , and we will go back again in the fall and enjoy the deck on a sunny , warm , Fall Day for lunch and drinks .“

“The Mrs. and I stopped in today (8/8/24) for the first time and had some lunch. The special was delicious (Belly Stuffer Philly cheese steak), and only $9.50 with fries and free refills on the soda fountain! I upgraded to a beer with mine, which only costs me $10.50! The owner, Josh, was very nice, as was the bar maid. The bathrooms were spotless, too. We sat at an outside table and really enjoyed our first visit. I read some old reviews that were negative, but I can say that was not our experience. We'll definitely be back again for more. Also, I can't believe how reasonable the prices were, considering the ludicrous inflation, and I'm sure setting up shop in Fayetteville isn't a cheap venture. So... great service, great food, great prices, friendly folks; a nice little nook off the beaten path. They get an A+++ from me!!“

“I've lived near Mattydale my whole life and transit through daily for work. Dee's is a nice local Diner, great food, professional atmosphere and great meeting point with friends, clients, and family. Dees has always been good to me and that's why they are my go to Diner every time I want to grab a bite to eat. Take out is great and easy. I can't say I have any complaints truly. maybe parking at times but when a place is popular as they are then that is to come which is understandable, even at that then they are in a large parking lot so I would be complaining about not being able to park up front which turns truly into just wining. lol. anyways, Dee's is great with great history as well. try for yourself.“

I always love a roadside BBQ joint; they make me feel like a character in a buddy cop movie. “What a find in the Double Tree Hotel in East Syracuse, NY! We stopped for the night in East Syracuse on our way to Boston. We arrived late into the city and were looking for a place for a late-night meal. We lucked out with the find of the Season Tavern inside the Double Tree Hotel.Our first choice was the Salt City Smashed Burger. The burger arrived large with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese on a Brioche Bun/Roll with fries. The burger was great and the presentation was very good.Our second choice was the Street-Style Fish Tacos. This treat arrived with Red Snapper, Napp slaw, Pico De Gallo, Cotija cheese, Chipotle Aioli, lime, and Cilantro. All of this was served on our choice of either flour or corn tortillas. We picked the flour tortillas. We had a choice of either a salad or chips as a side. We went with the salad. Just like the burger the tacos were great and the presentation was very good. We enjoyed our meals with glasses of wine which were appropriately priced.Once again, I wish Google would allow ½ stars. The Season Tavern is a solid 4 ½ stars. This was great bar food at a reasonable price. The service was over the top; thank you, Ms Kim! We don't travel this way much, but if we do, we will make sure we stop and dine at the Season Tavern. “We enjoyed Mother's Day Brunch at Redfield's this morning and it was excellent. They offered a lovely spread of breakfast and lunch items, including an omelette station, french toast bake, fruit, salads, chicken, and incredible freshly baked desserts (truffles, cream pies, bars). Terri, our waitress, was attentive and pleasant and the manager watched over the whole operation carefully. We have gone to other brunches and nothing compares. Other places are crowded and just not very special. We will return to next year.“

The sauce just didn’t hit my taste buds the same. The cheese and seasoning on the saucer for bread is just odd. Not bad, just odd. My server never checked in to ask how my food was, but he did have a lot of tables. I probably would return and order something else. Overall, it’s worth checking out. “First time there and recommended by a friend/coworker. Highly recommend the chicken wing sandwich with a spicy kick. Sandy read is for Philadelphia Amoroso's. They also have fried foods there's about five to select from French fries. Pepsi can products in a slide door refrigerator. There a lot of steak sandwiches and options to choose from. Next sandwich I will try is the original with cheese and noticed a BLT sandwich at the bottom of the list. At work a lot people noticed the sandwich and said wow what is that buffalo chicken with sub from Gino's on South Main. Don't miss out and have to try!!

“Typically I would say that I really enjoy going to Trappers ll…but as of late when my family and I try to show up 45 min for music bingo on Wednesdays there are barely any tables available..it’s very frustrating when multiple are booked for the same day. I can tell you other patrons are getting upset too.“
