Usually I would get this when I worked the Financial District or Midtown Manhattan but this was the closest to home and they did not let me down!! “Came here for lunch because I’ve been craving some hotpot. I’m so glad I did. They have a wide selection of meats, seafood and veggies. I had the pork neck soup base which was rich and delicious. My favorite cut of meat so fat is the snowflake beef. It’s fatty, buttery and tender. The kimchi is amazing as well. Customer service is great. They leave you alone while still being attentive. And just in case they aren’t around, there’s a call bell. The seating is very private. They have booths that can close for even more privacy. The booths seat 6. Definitely recommend!“

They make less than 12 dishes here and they do it well! Not much more to say. Big space, lots of seats and chill vibes. Totally biased but maybe the single most know korean restaurant in nyc? “I ordered the wings with soy garlic and Korean bbq sauce. Both were delicious and very good. The garlic Parmesan fries actually has powdered sugar on top. I called to make sure it wasn’t someone in the kitchen messing up the seasoning. Turned out sugar is added on the fries so it’s salty and sweet. It’s not what I was expecting so not really my thing. I would order the plain French fries next time. The fries were very crunchy, just wished it wasn’t sweet.“

“We love Uyghur food especially Lamb Polo. The polo here is the best I had in NYC. We also ordered the lamb soup which is good but a bit too salty, however the lamb is very tender and tasty. The lamb kawaps were very good, juicy and tasty, but the lamp chop was tough and tasteless which I don’t understand. Shouldn’t they be marinated the same way? We also ordered thin-skin steamed mantas, the onion and meat one is very good, but the squash meat one was lack of flavor. Next time I’ll stick with the onion meat ones. Overall, the food is very good, worth a trip.“

“Winter is about to arrive! 😍 The Coconut Chicken is my favorite, with its perfect combination of jasmine and fig fragrance. Its fresh, floral, and fruity am, and the broth is refreshingly sweet.I could finish bowl after bowl! The soup added afterward is also chicken broth!
For my family of two, we ordered a set meal for two, which was a great portion! 👌🏻 It included half a live chicken, a vegetable platter, and a choice of main course. The meat of the half-free-range chicken was firm and tender. My kids love the food so much, we will come back again.“

“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

“The food is here is by far one of the more reliable places to get Asian Cuisine. The food is not overly fried or heavily seasoned. We come here occasionally after the dog park visit, and we have yet to be disappointed. The wonton soup is a must have, better than anywhere else I have tried. The prices are also very good. Normally I have something criticizing to say but I genuinely appreciate this place for a cheat night. You won’t feel guilty with the fun of take out. The place is small and there isn’t anywhere to eat if you wanted. The customer service is good, however you will need to wait in your car because there isn’t much room to wait inside and no where to sit. Give it a try. Photo is my wife pounding down one of their egg rolls because she can’t wait till we get home (Not oily at all). As healthy as Chinese food can probably get in NYC.“

“Really amazing pho! I am picky about my pho but this hit all the marks. The lady was so sweet and constantly kept giving us refills of the pickled onion. We tried the signature and smokey beef belly pho. Both so good and the smokey beef belly was refreshing. The shrimp summer rolls were also delicious with the peanut sauce.
