The manager is very sharp, efficient and friendly. He's on top of the customers' needs without being overbearing. They know their customers and sometimes their orders too. “This was our second time going there. Our daughter goes to Pratt and it's walking distance from the school. It's a small diner but friendly staff. On one of the coldest days of winter the host made sure people were not waiting long for tables as best as she could. The food was good and service was really good. I'm glad my daughter has a place like this close to her dorm.“

I had the weekend omelettw and cinnamon roll. Both were excellent. The chorizo and goat cheese blended so well in the omelette. The cinnamon roll was memorable, definitely among the best I have had.

“I came here regularly when the original owner George was in charge. Charming guy who stopped what he was doing to yell Hello to everyone who walked in. The food was regular diner food that he elevated. Huge portions and decent price. He retired or left and people who worked for him took over. I rarely go now. Food is decent but prices went up and portions are smaller. The servers are good and personable. Place seems to always be busy since there are several schools and offices in the area. Still decent but you don't get as much value for your money and no charm and personality from George.“

“We went for brunch to this restaurant with our grandchildren. We were greeted by the nicest waiters of all time. My husband and I had the Club Sandwich and our grandson had pancakes and bacon. The portions were so generous and quite affordable. Our granddaughter was sleeping in a stroller and the lady who greeted us even helped us tilt the back of her stroller down and find the perfect place to sit to accommodate her. Wonderful place to go for lunch!“

Even eating it today, it brings back memories of when my mom would take me and my siblings to eat there for dinner. At the time, they would close much later than they do now. Thankfully, I'm already walking home by 2 pm, and since I live close by, the delivery was nice and fast. The food is always delicious, generously well priced, and the customer service is always really nice. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger that came with fries, along with an extra side of onion rings. That came up to $20 on the dot, and with the portions they serve, I was more than happy with that price. I have, and I will continue to go to this amazing restaurant. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.“

“Fast Service and seating even when the parking lot is full..(the sit and wait method will grab you a space fastest) the staff is always friendly. The Crab Cake Benedict is one of the best we've ever had and it's a hard dish to get right to the point it's the only place we have it now...the Crab is real Crab and a plentiful portion, the Apple French Toast is another favorite. We've eaten here many times and was always pleased with the portions and quality..They have good deserts too and also serve liquor (drinks). The Restaurant is Newer / Modern and the bathrooms are always clean. Definitely a place you'd enjoy eating at!“

“I love all their food here. Ive been eating here for 14 years and not once had i had a complaint. I love my home fries burnt cause it makes it crispy. Checking below on the comment and saw someone wrote something bad about the cook. You must not know nothing about food. I on the other hand gurantee Oasis food is real good. I love the french toast, the Cheeseburger with Crispy onion rings and they steak sandwich wich sautéed onions is bomb. They also serve great mangu for all my latinos that like it. They also have great chicken noodle soup that cant be bought anywhere else. If you are ever around tiffany and east bay make sure to stop at Oasis Coffee Shop. Just down the block is a nice park where you can take your food and watch the manhattan skyline from across the water. Oasis also delivers if you need food at the park. Free delivery! Also try their home made lemonade!!! Idk what else to shout out cause all they food is good. They also make chicken tacos and amazing qusadillas. Authentic mexican cusine and the right touch to make tatse ? thank you Oasis for catering to all of us at the point.“
