“Chef Papa is an authentic Vietnamese spot and I loved the food here. The beef pho had a rich, flavorful broth, the fried chicken was crispy and juicy, and the spring rolls were fresh and delicious. The beef sandwich was amazing and definitely a highlight. Everything tasted authentic and well made. Highly recommend if you’re craving real Vietnamese food!“

“The place is a vibe. The atmosphere and esthetics is everything. It has a great vintage, cozy, bookstore mature feels with these bold eclectic open frames. Food is good. Well presented but lacks flavor. Where the food lacks in the drinks make up in style. Service is attentive but not amazing. Overall. Great time. Great vibes. Would recommend and go again for the feel, not the food.“

“there was a nice variety of food and broths to choose from as well as sauces, drinks, and other side dishes. i wasnt a fan of everything but it was good to try new things! they came promptly after requested. some of the food tasted off, though, like the quail eggs which were fishy. they also give you ice cream at the end which hit the spot!!“

“I stopped by the Hindu Temple Canteen after visiting the temple and the place delivers exactly what people say about it. The food is simple, fresh and made with the kind of consistency you only get in a temple kitchen.
I tried two plates because I was there with a friend. The pongal was warm, comforting and properly seasoned. The curd vada had a light, balanced taste and felt refreshing. The mixture on the side added a nice crunch. The dosa was crisp, not oily, and the coconut chutney tasted clean. The sambar was mild but paired well with everything.
The canteen is not about presentation. It's about honest food that feels familiar and satisfying. Portions are fair and pricing is very reasonable for New York. If you're already visiting the temple, stopping here makes total sense. It’s quick, reliable and a good break before heading back out.“

“If you are ever in the mood for all you can eat Korean bbq where the staff cooks everything for you, then this is the place to go. The cuts of meats are delicious, the sides are a plus. I highly recommend the crab soup, corn cheese, and the popcorn chicken to go alongside your meats. The salad dressing is to die for, so make sure to try the salad as well. Overall it is a great place to go to and enjoy a meal with family and friends.“

“It's been a hot hot hot minute since I came here after I moved to Long Island Suburbs. My son's big day today and I took a trip here to pick up my custom strawberry cake layered with their famous lightly sweetened freshly whipped cakes. When you step inside It's as if you step back in time. My mom first took me here when I was 11 or 12 and this place still look the same. The bakery captures a lot of customers from the surrounding businesses such as the hospital. It's great to see a flow a diverse crowd visiting this Gem. I also picked up half dozen curry beef pastry and their chicken rolls. I took a bite and taste just like my first time eating them in the 1990s when I was a little boy. When I want a good delicious healthier cake I come to Yeh's.“

“I went here with my brother. I loved it. Tea, dumplings, dessert (a sweet rice soup (soup?)). It was all good. I didn’t get any duck. I’ll have to come back for that. Very reasonably priced.“
“I visited Dr. Han for neck pain through a referral from my neurologist. Dr. Han explained the available treatments in great details, giving me full confidence in his care.
I’ve already scheduled my next visit. The staff is professional and kind, and the dedicated. parking lot is a plus!“

“Wontons in chili oil were very good. I think the chili oil sauce was not the absolute best I have had but was good. But the combination of that and the wontons, which were thin with a great ratio of meat made the dish overall a great value.“

“I had a late start to dinner, i saw this place was open until 11. I got there at 10:30 and they were cleaning up, so I grabbed a few slices to go... And for pizza at 10:30 before they are closing... Honestly one of the BEST slices!!! Some places have bland taste, but Amore had one of the tastiest sauces and cheese, crispy crust. Just an all around A+. I'll definitely be coming back for this delicious pizza! Thank you“

“When the food is THIS good… you have to eat with your hands 😭🔥
Found the most underrated Uyghur cuisine in Flushing’s New World Mall food court.
Their Uyghur Polo came with a WHOLE lamb shank for $13.99
The Spicy Cold Chicken for $10.99 is crazy flavorful too.
Authentic, affordable, and seriously satisfying. This is the Uyghur spot NYC needed. RUN.“

“I ordered Mackerel Ssam, and it had a lot of colorful vegetables, so it looked good and tasted good. I tried it once and it was so delicious that I keep thinking about it!
Spicy ecological hot pot popular in winter
The more you eat it, the more refreshing the spicy taste becomes.
Stir-fried wood ear mushrooms, seasoned spinach, pickled red peppers, seasoned bean sprouts, kimchi, seasoned perilla eggplant, stir-fried anchovies and beans.
It's light, nutritious, and full of fresh vegetables, so you can eat a full bowl of rice just by eating it as a side dish.
Fresh pork, chewy meat, savory flavor
Feeling full after eating“

“Got some dinner for family we were visiting. Very good food. We had Rigatoni alla Vodka, Scaloppine alla Sorrentino and Eggplant Rollatini. Everyone did agree my dish,Pollo Scarpariello, was a star. If you like a little spice, it's a winner.“

“Wanna eat authentic Chinese food while in Flushing but not sure where to go? Go here is my advice so you have like a dozen stalls to choose from for a wide variety of dishes. Prime examples: Taiwan braised sliced pork, stir fried rice noodles, yellow chicken, braised pork knuckles, sizzling steak, mala fish, sauerkraut fish, chili fish, hairy crab rice (👍🏻), five spice calamari. My personal favorite is from Lanzhou Hand Pull Noodles shop— oxtail hand pulled noodle soup. The beef broth is amazing so no matter what topping you add, the whole thing will be amazing still.“

“The Peking Duck here is tasty with rich flavor and crispy skin, but the meat itself was a bit too tough and chewy, making it hard to bite through cleanly. While the seasoning and presentation were enjoyable, the texture of the duck could definitely be improved for a better dining experience.“

“The food is tasty and authentic. The cucumber dish came out first and I had thought it looked wilted but was pleasantly surprised it was crunchy and piquant. Fried pork chop was seasoned well and adequate in portion. It was served with bok choy, pickled vegetables and half a soy braised hard boiled egg.
Service could be improved. I asked the waiter what he recommended for veggies and he mumbled something half heartedly and just stared at the table, really weird. Also when the cucumber was served no other plates or bowls were given so we just sat there waiting but they weren’t given to us until minutes later when asked.
Place is bigger than it looks from the outside and has a nice airy atmosphere.“

“My opinion is 8.7/10. Overall good time. Bonchon hit right, over 5 choices. Meat was tender and flavorful. Well priced at $45 for galbi and sides. “We were attending an event at Queens College and wanted to have a lunch/dinner afterwards, so we searched for restaurants nearby. There were many choices, but I was impressed by the website and menu for Piccolo Sogno. Following the event, joined by four friends, my wife and I made the short drive to the restaurant. It was a hot day, and at first we said we would like to dine inside. But the gracious host said we were welcome to check the outside seating first--and we're so glad we did! In the lovely, covered garden, we comfortably began a great feast! Piccolo Sogno has a nice selection of wines and beers as well as sparkling water. That was followed by delicious Calamari Fritti (done to perfection) and a Hot Antipasto Sampler with more calamari, baked clams, eggplant rolatini and amazing fried shrimp. We followed that with Pollo Alla Francese (some of the best I've ever had), Spaghetti Carbonara, Penne Vodka, and Insalata Dello Chef with chicken. These were served with generous side orders of Caesar salad or pasta. The service was friendly, courteous and at a pace that made for a wonderful afternoon. Even though we were extremely well-filled, we ordered dessert, and are so glad we did! The Limoncello Flute was one of the best desserts we've had, as was the Chocolate Mousse. Some iced expresso (wait until you see the special way it is layered!) and coffee would have been the end of a perfect meal, but then Chef Maurizio himself came out to spend some time at our table. After a nice conversation, he took this selfie shot of us all. As we left, the wonderful staff of the restaurant all greeted us and thanked us for coming. I can't remember the last time that happened in such a warm and spontaneous way. I could not more highly recommend a restaurant. We live in Manhattan and have our choice of some of the best restaurants anywhere--but actually, I look forward to returning to Piccolo Sogno!“

“Very traditional hole in the wall restaurant service only one thing so you know they've perfected it because the whole business is hanging on that dish, beef rice soup. It is served with some side dishes, an omelette to make it more filling and the kkakdugi kimchi to refresh your mouth. It's an experience.“

“The shop is quite small, so you might walk right past it without realizing it’s there. To find it more easily, just remember it’s right next to Dunkin' and has a blue sign.
The service is super nice and friendly, but it’s a takeout-only spot, so keep in mind that you'll need to find a place to eat—unless you can't wait and just eat right there! We walked all the way to Tangram Mall to sit down, but by then, the food was already cold.
When the server asks if you want sauce, make sure to get everything. If you like heat, ask for extra Sriracha; if you prefer something nutty and saucy, ask for more peanut butter sauce. I also grabbed a tea egg for just $1—an absolute steal and very tasty! It leans more sweet than savory, which reminded me of tea egg sweet soup.
It’s definitely worth the money and worth a try if you’re already in Flushing.“

“I’ve been searching for a chicharrones spot in NYC for a long time and I’m glad I finally found a spot in Flushing! I got the chicharrones with rice and beans and potato salad (comes with half an avocado). Every aspect of the meal was delicious. The pork was perfectly crispy, the rice was soft and delicious. The beans also paired perfectly with the rice.
The staff was also super sweet and friendly. I would definitely come back for more and for breakfast. I saw a lot of New York breakfast friendly options on the menu for a very reasonable price. They take cash, credit card, and apple pay!“

“I had such an amazing experience with 3 Little Pigs! I placed an Uber Eats order and one of the items I wanted was sold out. Instead of just canceling it, they actually gave me a call to explain the situation and help me adjust my order. On top of that, they went above and beyond by including a free pastry and even a free drink card as an apology for the inconvenience. I was honestly blown away by their kindness and thoughtfulness—it completely turned what could have been a small disappointment into such a positive experience. Their customer service is top-notch, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend!“
