“This place is deceptively large. The door is so small, but once you walk in, you're really wowed by how large the place in. The decor is pretty interesting. I didn't expect that I would be walking into 6th century Tang Dynasty China, which was pretty cool. The food was so delicious and so tasty. Their mild spice starts out ok, but as the soup base keeps boiling, it becomes so intense, so I would recommend not letting any food sit in the soup base for too long otherwise it becomes way to spicy. Unless you're into that super spicy kind of taste. Their non-spicy broth is pretty tasty also, so this place is ok to take people who don't really eat spicy foods because my friends who don't eat spicy foods enjoyed their broth also. The only annoying this is the long wait time. We usually have to send someone who lives close by to go there to get a number and then kind of wait and guesstimate how long it will be until we get a table there.“

“I had an amazing experience at this hotpot restaurant! The meat was high quality, the seafood was super fresh, and the vegetable selection was generous and vibrant. They also had plenty of unique dipping sauces and broths to customize the experience exactly how you like it. Overall recommend coming here!“

“It's been a hot hot hot minute since I came here after I moved to Long Island Suburbs. My son's big day today and I took a trip here to pick up my custom strawberry cake layered with their famous lightly sweetened freshly whipped cakes. When you step inside It's as if you step back in time. My mom first took me here when I was 11 or 12 and this place still look the same. The bakery captures a lot of customers from the surrounding businesses such as the hospital. It's great to see a flow a diverse crowd visiting this Gem. I also picked up half dozen curry beef pastry and their chicken rolls. I took a bite and taste just like my first time eating them in the 1990s when I was a little boy. When I want a good delicious healthier cake I come to Yeh's.“

“I ordered Mackerel Ssam, and it had a lot of colorful vegetables, so it looked good and tasted good. I tried it once and it was so delicious that I keep thinking about it!

The price, authenticity of food and stoicism of the proprietors is a remarkable combo that could make you swear you we’re back in Hotan or Kashgar enjoying the finest eats around.“

“Ambiance is not great but the food is good and affordable. Our server Sorelly was awesome. They don’t sell fruit juices only coffee, soda and water. There is also additional charge for gratuity and credit card processing fee. Anytime I am in the area I stop in to get a nice bowl of lentejas.“

“Four Four South Village is a Taiwanese restaurant that hopes to become the No.1 beef noodle in the hearts of overseas Chinese people around the world. Using locally sourced high level beef and wheat flour, combined with imported raw materials from China and Taiwan, as well as techniques from gold and silver medalists of the International Section of Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival, they create delicious Taipei Beef Noodles.

Not only are the beef noodles delicious, but each toppings/garnish you add increases the depth of the flavor. I personally enjoy their braised beef and tripe! Their braised beef is soft, easily splitting apart in your mouth. The honey-comb tripe is chewy with just enough elasticity for flavor and bounce.

I was not too fond of their Sesame Oil Chicken Soup as the sesame oil was a bit strong. However, their rice dishes were tasty! I highly recommend the Taiwanese Fried Pork Chop Over Rice and the Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken Over Rice. The breading for the pork chop and chicken were just perfect, not too thick or too much breading. The meat were tender and the had just enough crisp that was neither too hard or too soggy!“

“Basic Chinese takeout with a twist, there's a Chinese Peruvian fusion. Basically the fusión is the addition of Rotisserie Chicken and ají verde. There are Sweet Plantains and Rice and Beans on the menu. The line is long, the food is fresh. The service is friendly and the prices are good.“

“This place is the best I’ve had in a long time. Noodles are legit good and I’m Taiwanese American from LA and grew up eating food from the San Gabriel Valley there! I got the A1 Liang noodles and it was so flavorful; spice levels weren’t painful but it wasn’t shy either. The noodles had great chew and bite. The portions were very generous too. Worth the stop in. Just a few blocks from the metro too. So convenient!“

“An old BBQ spot with really good food and a lively vibe. It gets pretty busy, which makes it a fun place to come with friends. Parking is tough, so it’s easier to just take the Long Island Rail Road. The station is right in front of the restaurant.“

“I am so glad that a dear friend of mine recommended and brought me to this very unpretentious restaurant on Main Street, Flushing. Known for its authentic Taiwanese cuisine, this place doesn’t disappoint. Service is great with experienced servers that are attentive and friendly. To start, pickled napa cabbage and soft boiled peanuts are placed on the table. Followed by a complementary plate of sautéed cabbage in light oil. Succulent and delish. We ordered a few dishes to share and all of them were memorable! I particularly liked their shredded pork with Chinese celery. The Mapo tofu is simply full of flavor with the right amount of chili. The chicken in the clay pot is divine and full of flavors too. We also ordered the fresh clams with basil sautéed with bird’s eye chili. So good, we asked for more rice. “Came all the way from DC with our church youth and by far the best service I have ever had at a Korean restaurant! Served us as if we were family visiting for the holidays 🥹.
