I can see why they were so busy there; food, atmosphere and service were all excellent, easy to see why it's so popular.

We both had cubanos (I had the Classico and my husband had the Steak Sandwich), which were honestly so good. Portions are large, I had ordered a side of plantains but was under pressure to finish them after the size of the cubano!

It's loud in there, but you can still have a conversation. Funky energetic feel to the place, I really liked it, and would have no hesitation recommending.“

“2024 - My dad, sister and brother in law came to visit me this past weekend and the first spot I made a reservation for was at Kuba! My husband and I visit here all the time and go for the excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Oh.. and can't forget the music on Fridays and Saturdays 🎵. I have not seen my sister so happy in such a long long time after the death of our mom. She was smiling ear to ear and enjoying the whole atmosphere. THANKS KUBA for making my family and us (husband and I) always feel like royalty.

Thank you so much for making our 5th-anniversary dinner yesterday truly wonderful! We started with our favorites—the spicy yellowfin tuna on tostones and the coconut shrimp—and both were incredible. For dinner, the creamy chicken and Cowboy ribeye were absolutely delicious.

Since you first opened, we’ve loved visiting for the romantic atmosphere and great music. We are so grateful to Andres, Nelson, and your wonderful new bartender Bryan. Gillian, you do a fantastic job hiring such a professional and welcoming team. Whether we dine in or order out, the quality is always perfect. Thank you for another memorable celebration!

“I was a seeking a more elevated Chinese food experience. My last few fast food Chinese fast food experiences at other locations were scary. I believe I got exactly what I was looking for. The chicken pepper, onion, w/black bean sauce was skillfully prepared with good quality chicken and not the typical freeze dried trash, and the dish was savory and delicious. The wonton soup was also notable and I enjoyed the thin delicate tasty wontons. Even the rice was clearly higher quality. The modestly higher price was absolutely worth it to me for the quality of this Chinese food and I look forward to returning..“

“Great food and great service. The food reminds me of home and is reasonably priced. We keep coming back for the ox tail stew, ribs, beef steak, porkchops, dumplings and the boneless chicharonnes de pollo. Most meals are served with white or yellow rice and beans or vegetables. If you want to try something different, they have the beef liver and squid ink fried rice which remind me of squid ink Paella. The combination meals are a great option to try out different dishes. The staff and owners always greet you with a warm welcome.“

It was fine, but it wasn't what I really wanted. Word to the wise: pass on the tres leches. It's a flavorless cake with the wrong texture swimming in a pool of evaporated milk. The taste is wrong, the texture is wrong, and two of the three milks are missing.“

Most items range from around 7 to $20 for all the works. Staff is clean, kind and helpful. The only reason why I gave less stars on atmosphere because it is your typical sit down restaurants seating. Nothing fancy but also nothing more is necessary. You have the option to take your food on the go or sit down and enjoy it all before enjoying the downtown vibrant life.“

“Saw a video online for the breakfast burrito so I went to try it. I got a ice tea, empanada and burrito for 15 dollars the tea wasn't that great the empanada had great flavor and the sauce I was given was delicious the burrito was very small not like I saw in the video. The lady was friendly and they have a few seats if you want to sit there.“

“This mom and pop shop was phenomenal! Highly recommend stopping in and getting something made fresh, but the hot case had some incredibly tasty looking food in it as well! We stayed and hang out in the morning and relaxed while eating breakfast! The owners were fantastic and attentive to any need or request. It’s right off the train station so it’s easy to come and go if need be!“
