Every detail was accommodated in style and with class. When Alicia said not to worry, they will handle everything, I left it in their capable hands and didn’t give it another thought. The event of about 30 family and dear friends was an astounding and resounding success. One word: Delicious! The presentation was wonderful. The service was timely, accurate, professional, and nearly invisible throughout the evening. Everyone is still raving about the menu variety, service, and the General sumptuousness of the event. “Recently had a wonderful experience at Applebees in Herkimer. We were sat quickly and our table was very clean. Our server Stephanie was wonderful, greeted us within seconds of sitting down to take our drink orders and gave us some time to look at the menus. Food and service were excellent! Will be back!“

“excellent place for drinks and dinner. The rooftop dining area was great, except the chairs very uncomfortable. The bartenders were great and very knowledgeable. It was excellent sitting at the bar and conversing with them, made you feel comfortable. Service was a touch slow but sitting on the rooftop I didn't really mind. The service was good just different. The food was okay. the appetizer was very good along with the lobster bisque, even the salad that my wife and daughter had looked fresh and pretty good. my daughter had the filet mignon which was cooked to perfection and she enjoyed it. My wife and I had the stuffed haddock it was good just seemed a little boring with nothing jumping out on the taste buds. Yes upper scale restaurant, but not bad just not exceptional. Yes I would go there again to have dinner“

“Love this place. I Never had a bad meal. The staff are pleasant. I go on my 30 minute lunch. I have time to eat and drive back to work. Today I had a tuna sandwich and a bowl of Homemade New England Clam Chowder. The tuna was white albacore (amazing) and the soup was delish. Prices are reasonable. I really didn't want to write this review as I am now afraid they will get busier and I will have to call my orders in but it is well deserved.“

“Food was good for me. Service was slow but waitresses were doing a good job keeping everyone informed and plenty to drink. Atmosphere is good just like others just seemed a little more low key than most.

Parking: Parking close is decent. It's shared with other stores thus parking is everywhere. There is enough parking for 2 or 3 CDL truck and trailers also“
