“This is our new " go to" restaurant in Glen Cove. The decor is playful and inviting. The wait staff efficient and friendly. And the food absolutely wonderful. Every time we return we order something different. Especially loved the Shrimp Domburi and Chicken Shoyu Ramen. You could honestly have a meal eating just the appetizers. Don't forget their rewards program! I was able to get $6 off our dinner order. BOGO wine is a plus.Check this place out, you won't be disappointed!“

“Amazing vibes and food! Perfect place for a cute date night. The spicy tonkotsu ramen had a rich, oily broth with firm, snappy noodles, and the assorted tempura had a light and crispy batter that was just delightful. Will definitely be coming back!“

“I drive past this place on my way to work regularly and always see the lunch specials sign. I finally decided to give them a try and I was not disappointed ! Small place but staff were super friendly and my food was delicious ! My lunch special portion was so large I had enough to save for lunch the next day. I will be back !“

“Tasted good, but not the best. the okonomiyaki and donkatsu tasted like good quality frozen food, omurice only sold as combo and no option to opt for another drink. My Server not great but others seemed nice. Still, I liked the various menu, might come back to try some.“

“I ordered delivery through Uber eats last night and I was definitely impressed with presentation of food.. chirashi was beautifully presented as you can see in the picture and fishes were very fresh.. they could provide bit more rice though.. this is the smallest rice I ever seen in chirashi. Also, I ordered spicy salmon maki but they sent regular salmon maki which wasn't a huge deal but still bit disappointed.“

“Dukes Ramen has the most incredible flavors I’ve ever tasted. I’ve been coming here since it opened and the owner, chefs, and hostess are all accommodating and extremely friendly. I love the ambient atmosphere and am in love with the food. My favorite item is the takoyaki :)“

“Love this place. The staff is incredibly nice and the food is delicious. The takoyaki was so good. Highly recommend the spicy miso ramen. Loved the pork gyoza with the dipping sauce. The seaweed salad was very tasty too. Definitely making this a go to spot in Syosset.“

“Came for lunch with colleagues during work. We jumped in so fast couldn't take a pick. We were seated quickly and the serve was polite. She was the only one working so service was moderate but not bad. We all had ne of lunch specials. The sushi was fresh and tasty very filling. I would go again.“

“Small section of Japanese market in rear. Great for quick Ramen fix! Very limited menu. Delivery in rear disturbs dining as cartons coming in take up space on tables. Very nice staff...used to frequent their restaurant in Little Neck which was more pleasant to dine in and had a larger menu including sushi.“

“I love this place! i’ve gone here by myself before and with a couple friends as well. the workers are very friendly and the decorations are soooo pretty. They have this bell that you can ring so that the waiters are called to you so you can order and pay and it’s so convenient! love kyuramen Kid-friendliness: Good place to bring family and is a very friendly environment. They have a rocking chair at the front that i often see children go on and enjoy a lot.“

Outdoor dining is well lit and looks cozy but actually fits many tables and configurations for parties of all sizes. Saw outdoor tables for two and tables for up to 10 while we were there. We’re lucky we went early and got a table immediately. Make a reservation though Bc they seem to fill up fast. Also, live music started around 7pm on a Saturday!“

“Nohara Ramen is the solid choice for Great Neck and the surrounding area.The Char Siu that is served with some of the ramen is tender and tasty. Many of the appetizers such as the Nohara Fries and fried chicken are well prepared. I’ve gotten to know the staff in this restaurant since we do take out from them each week and eat in once in a while.Good people making and serving good food. This restaurant survived through COVID based on their commitment and quality.“

“I didn’t realize that there were two DIFFERENT restaurants in the same building. Their decor is also pretty similar with all the One Piece “WANTED” poster.. don’t be like me and if you’re meeting people for ramen IT’S ON THE GROUND FLOOR. Izakaya (I was sitting up there reading their menu for a bit lol) has yakitori and Japanese hot pot.I came here with my fam and kiddo on a Friday night. We were able to get a table no problem and there were two different servers manning the restaurant. They were so friendly with our toddler, allowed us to walk around with her so she wouldn’t get fussy during our meal, and were just fantastic.The ramen wasn’t the best I’ve ever had BUT for the price per bowl it’s definitely worth it. We also got a couple of apps which were delicious as well. The best one we ordered, hands down, had to be the agedashi tofu. Usually at other restaurants I’d get a couple small square blocks of fried tofu and some sauce. Here, you get a bunch of bonito flakes that added that extra umami flavor, scallions, and pickled radish. Delish!We were surprised with mochi ice cream on the house at the end of the meal and if that wasn’t a sweet enough deal, if you pay with cash you have an 8% discount. It was definitely one of my family cheaper dinner nights out and we’ll be back again!“

“The vibes here really make you feel like you are in Japan or Korea. It’s small, it feels homey. The woman serving us was serving all the tables, she did a great job. The food that came out was fresh, authentic. I wasn’t a big fan of the dumplings to be honest but everything was great. Portions are also big.“

My spicy tuna roll was delicious and my son enjoyed his takoyali very much. We both ordered Tonkotsu ramen. I always order miso ramen, so it was my first go with Tonkotsu. I liked it. As did my son. “When there for a quick lunch for two. Upon entering we realized we were the only guests in the restaurant. The staff was quick to see us and sat us down at a booth. The place is spacious and gives nautical vibes. Ordered two ramen combos which have the options of one ramen of choice and one appetizer for choice. I had the spicy ramen with soy chicken wings and my partner had ramen and buns. The food came at a decent time and was hot, service was good as well. The only small take back was the bathroom could use a little cleaning. Overall I would recommend this place and would go back to try the seafood options.“
