“Nice family restaurant. My first visit & taste of S. African french cuisine. Not too many place can offer good food at a reasonable price. This place does. Service was good. I had the Escargot & Tunisian Sausage. Both good. I like french food, but don't have it often since it's very rich. My hubby enjoyed the broiled Lamb chop. We shared the chocolate mousse torte. It was perfect, not too sweet. The flavors of the meal was spot on. Not overly salted, sweetened nor was there msg like most restaurants these days. Overall, I would go back & recommend this little gem. Our friend, long time patrons of La Baracka, had the AYCE lunch, which they enjoyed.“

“So many of my friends had so highly recommended Encore, that I had to try it and I wasn't disappointed. Cozy Parisian Bistro atmosphere, family-run vibe and food that impressed even my Manhattan food-snob friend who dined with me. Prices very fair considering the quality and generous portions. “My wife and I went to L’Etoile in Oyster Bay for Valentine’s Day, and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt romantic and elegant — the perfect setting for a special night out.
The food was exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of authentic French flavor. It’s truly unique to have such a refined French restaurant right here in town. For a few hours, it genuinely felt like we were back in Paris — intimate, charming, and unforgettable.
We’re so lucky to have a place like this in Oyster Bay. Highly recommend for date night or any special occasion! 🇫🇷🍷✨“
