“The yogurt is delicious. They have 6 to 8 flavors, but you can mix them to create a new flavor. Like a strawberry favor and a cheesecake flavor but you can hit the middle bar and create strawberry cheesecake flavor.
I always get the same flavor, that's the salted pretzel.
When you walk in, they may or may not say hello. Depends on who is working. However, if you ask for help, they will always help you. They have over 20 toppings to choose from. Fun for kids and adults. I'd recommend going. I've been going for years through the different owners.

“My boyfriend and I were looking for a dog friendly ice cream place today and saw online that you guys have these adorable little pup cups! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our horgi (husky/corgi) Tucker. It was his very first time going out for ice cream! We thank you guys for a fun and memorable experience! 😊🐾 (our human ice cream was exceptional as well 😉)“

“Great Ice Cream. But it's Canada Day pronouncement with a post on Twitter that read, “O Canada, our home on stolen land" sadly means we'll never be buying again in our family. Good for Chapman's bottom line! We eat a LOT of ice cream year-round.“

“As an avid fisherman for carp on the canal right outside this shop I understand the frustrations behind them being closed outside business hours, and I’ve seen tons of people try to open the door and it was locked. Anyways, my frail and tiny little girlfriend and I came here on a beautiful night and we got served right away, cheaper than most of the overpriced junk in the rest of Pittsford or other places I won’t name where we just came from (see other reviews) and the gelato was fire. The bowls and spoons were mad cute too. Great experience especially on a nice summer night. Might get hammered at lock 32 after this. They just gotta fix the hours/ door issue and they would have 5 stars. My girlfriend is so cute.“
