“I recommend sprinkles 100%! It’s small and friendly family owned! Everyone working there is so nice ! The ice cream is the best ever! I drive 15 min away to get sprinkles ! So many flavors from hard ice cream , to lemon ice flavors and my absolute favorite is the soft serve !! Theirs flavor choices to have swirled in soft serve like blu goo, day cake , strawberry etc ! My go to is blu goo!!! I buy more to bring home and will have stock up before season closing !! You won’t be disappointed at sprinkles !! Their portion sizes are soo good for price! Definitely not cheap with portions ! My family loves loves sprinkles and we are dedicated customers !!“

“My son has severe dairy and egg allergies. We have been searching for an ice cream shop that truly cares about kids/people with allergies. They TRULY care & as soon as I mentioned allergies I could tell her attentiveness got even more aware & alert! I was able to get a safe ice cream (strawberry & mango dole twist, and an oatmilk strawberry) WITH SPRINKLES! We will definitely be back, thank you for being aware of allergies & bringing an option ❤️“

“We love this classic ice cream shop. The atmosphere is so quaint. The ice cream is so politely served and there is plenty of room to hang out outside. Which is really important when you have rambunctious kids like I do. It's hard to imagine hanging out peacefully ever. So thanks so much to Dipper Dan for providing an environment where my raucous aggravating children don't necessarily bother anyone except me, which although I'm used to it by now, I really wish could improve. I'm not sure if it's their mom's genes or mine, but it's really something. So anyway, Dipper Dan is great.“

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our horgi (husky/corgi) Tucker. It was his very first time going out for ice cream! “Great Ice Cream. But it's Canada Day pronouncement with a post on Twitter that read, “O Canada, our home on stolen land" sadly means we'll never be buying again in our family. Good for Chapman's bottom line! We eat a LOT of ice cream year-round.“

“As an avid fisherman for carp on the canal right outside this shop I understand the frustrations behind them being closed outside business hours, and I’ve seen tons of people try to open the door and it was locked. Anyways, my frail and tiny little girlfriend and I came here on a beautiful night and we got served right away, cheaper than most of the overpriced junk in the rest of Pittsford or other places I won’t name where we just came from (see other reviews) and the gelato was fire. The bowls and spoons were mad cute too. Great experience especially on a nice summer night. Might get hammered at lock 32 after this. They just gotta fix the hours/ door issue and they would have 5 stars. My girlfriend is so cute.“
