“My wife and myself have been going to the Hurley Mountain Inn for years. The owner Steve and his staff are amazing. When you walk through the door you get treated like family. With a wide variety of great food to choose from there is something for everyone. There is also a great selection of drink to choose from as well. Anything from beer, wine and ciders as well as a variety of different soda’s to choose from. If you like a country atmosphere and great service that is prompt and courteous, then this place is for you. I’m give this a Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ raining.“

“I could scream this place is so good. Went on a totally random whim looking for something nearby and holy hell this place is incredible in every way and if I lived anywhere nearby I would basically move in.

The vibes are amazing - such highly curated art and seating from intimate booths to living room sofas and chairs. There’s tons of varied seating up front and then more tables and a wraparound bar in the back. It feels like a cozy 70s basement bar in Greenpoint.

Then there’s the food, omg. We tried the deviled eggs, fried chicken, brisket nachos, fries, and kale salad. All were 10/10. And cocktails were also delish.

“My husband and I have been to breakfast twice in the last month and both times it was delicious. My husband is a big fan of the chicken and waffles. Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. We get inspired by the chalkboards for new dinner ideas to cook at home! A++“

“Located in the Stockade part of historic Kingston, this cheery restaurant has a great ambiance, with 2 large dining rooms and a full bar. On a cold and snowy winter Sunday, our group of 4 enjoyed cocktails and some snacks while touring the area.

The cocktails were awesome - we had 3 specialty margaritas (black and gold) and a Fig and Honey Martini, which was very sweet.

The appetizers were a hit or miss: wings were ok, the flatbread with prosciutto and fig wasn't to our liking but the thai shrimp were good, but I was surprised the dish only had 2 skewers of shrimp.

Overall a nice lunch. Very friendly service. On a Sunday, there weren't much choices for a meal in the area midday.“

“Top shelf!!! We had a group of 17 for lunch. Everyone raved about the excellent food and the wonderful and friendly service. Our menu included London Broil, Salmon, Ceasars Salad with Chicken and Vegetable Quiche with side salad. We had a variety of servings. Everything was sooooo good! Best restaurant in Kingston. “Stonehedge has always been a favorite restaurant for our family. Unfortunately due to life circumstances we hadn’t been there for a couple of years. My husband and I decided to end the drought and went to celebrate our anniversary and we are so glad we did. Everything was even better than we remembered it. It started with the delicious and wonderfully fresh dinner rolls that we’ve always loved. The French onion soup was the best I’ve had in ages (I’m a French onion soup snob😂) and the baked stuffed clams were just as my husband remembered them. The dinner salad with the house dressing was cold and fresh, and we highly recommend the double cut pork chop and the jumbo shrimp francaise as dinner entrees. We both left full and more than satisfied - they never disappoint! Thank you to the folks at Stonehedge for the great meal and good service. It felt like we were coming home! We promise you’ll see us again soon.“

“We had a special couples meal tonight at Silvia . The hostess greeted us with a smile and showed us to a corner table ; perfect for a one on one chat . Our server Ally was knowledgeable and very personable ..on her recommendation we started with a house-made ginger rosemary non alcoholic drink ..wow ! Then we had oysters and the prosciutto and figs ..both were excellent ..our mains were the mushroom and asparagus over pasta and the smoked pork chop on polenta ..OUTSTANDING . Ally was attentive without being intrusive .. The manager stopped by to thank us for coming in . All the staff seem happy and effective ..great space , lovely vibe . we drove 75 min for the meal and it was well worth it ., HIGHLY RECOMMEND“

“This place was really cute, great food, and great for date night or dinner with friends. I love all the variety of vegetables on their menu and how each is prepared differently. We got the cabbage which was good, I loved the char on it but other than that, it was fine. The oysters were amazing and their squid salad was divine. The entree we got was the chicken which they are known for and it was very good, chicken was juicy and the sauce on the side was great. We also got a side of creamed kale and that was extraordinary, 10/10. Dessert was a Thai tea blondie and I was so excited for it but it was underwhelming.“

Waitress was nice and polite but should have checked at least once for drink refills. I tried to make reservations for my car club to come there on a given Sunday and time in May, about 10 of us, but was told they don't do that. I guess it's first come, first serve for seating. We want to eat together and would arrive about 1:30PM. I thought we could secure the back room, but no was the answer. It's ok. I understand. No hard feelings. “Usually offers good bread. But is very wishy washy on their "old bread sales" prices. If it's a day old it should be discounted - period. (I have worked for almost four years in a bakery) This is being aggregated by the fact that I was not notified of this pricing structure when I asked for day old bread (with the specific intend to get a discount for something that is not fresh and won't last me as long). Had I been informed about this, I would have just bought the same bread *fresh* - for the *same price*. I feel that the omission of this fact is even done purposely to mislead customers.“

It has the same welcoming atmosphere as its previous location, but this is so much better! Food and service are great, and they have been very busy since opening a few weeks ago. “After hiking to Kaaterskill Falls, my lovely wife and I had lunch here as part of our Anniversary Weekend Trip. We were welcome immediately, and given a table at the window facing the river. The service is great. We started with Fried Calamari, and it was so good that we finished it in a few minutes. The batter is light, yet crispy and flavor of the squid pops out. My wife ordered the Prime Rib and Lobster Tail, and I ordered English Prime Rib. Both were so tender and juicy. The sauces, mash potatoes, and asparagus compliments everything so well! We later had the Chocolate Temptation, which was perfect with black coffee. We highly recommend this place whenever visiting Kingston.“

A tiny place with a large indoor atmosphere and there's always someone you know or have seen before... It's familiar all-diners-menu-food but their specials are just that: special. Everything is tasty and if we didn't eat it all, we take it home. Yep.“

“I went in here last night and sat at the bar. At first, the bartender was a little bit rude. But he came around and was fine after that. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza. It was huge. It could easily have fed 2 people. The pizza was very good. Not the best I've ever had, but very solid indeed. The wine pour was also very generous. The prices were very modest My only negative was that it's very noisy. Maybe a few properly placed plants, but a good experience all in all.“

“I’ve struggled with finding really delicious wings in the area. It seems like Buffalo was the only place to go-until now. I was recommended to this place and I’m very happy with the quality of the wings. I had Thai and extra hot wings. The only thing is that the extra hot wasn’t hot at all to me. But that’s just me and that certainly doesn’t take away from the quality of the food and the excellent service. Next time I’ll just specify exactly how hot I want the wings. I highly recommend Hickory to anyone who is looking for delicious smoked food.“

“Returned to Kingston Applebee's last night to find great food and great vibes as usual! Our food was ready decently fast, and it was piping hot/delicious. Jace provided great customer service and was a fabulous waiter. My only note is, it is EXTREMELY cold in this establishment, even in the summer months.“
