“Well well worth it! This hidden gem is located in the heart of kew garden near many local transportation! With ample parking and extremely welcoming staff, the restaurant was well worth the trip! The decor and atmosphere were amazing! Food was extremely delicious and fairly priced! They had a fun bar and a nice selection of cocktails and wines. The knowledge of the staff when it comes to drinks and different wines was top notch and very delicious! Overall, had an amazing dinner and experience.

“I came to New York to visit my mother and discovered this place by a coincidence and I’m so glad I did! The coffee is exceptional, easily the best I’ve had anywhere. The owner is welcoming, and genuinely kind. This little spot truly made my day. Highly recommended.“

“I’ve been coming to this location for over 5 years and I never decided to make a review. You are the only Mr wish I love going to out of all the locations. The drinks are always spot on. It’s a craving of mine all the time. My top two drinks are of course the Bubble Tea and The Apple Tea with Fresh Pulp. I go here so often the young man already knows my orders. They’re polite and very welcoming. We always enjoy coming here our whole family does. If it were up to me I’d be here every day it’s just so good and refreshing! We also recommend The Black Tiger Milk & The Peach Tea all these drinks in a large of course. The only thing I recommend from the Mr wish chain is to get into catering cause I’d have them for every event.

“Delicious food but consistency is important.

I ordered the hungry man with turkey instead I received a sausage patty, no butter for my French toast, and my coffee.... All in all, they are by far the best in comparison to the other 2 deli by me. So just make sure everything is there before leaving and enjoy a delicious meal. 😋“

“July 2024 Edit: The food is always great but can't say the same for the service. However, the service was ON POINT Saturday evening, the 27th. The staff was attentive, and the food came out quick. Granted, the restaurant was very empty with only 2 people at the bar (including me) , but none the less, I was pleasantly surprised! Keep it up, Hangar!

Has good music, food, and drinks but the staff there SUCKSSSSS. There's one bartender that's really good but other than him, they all need to be retrained on professionalism and how to be attentive. Thankfully I don't go often.“

We strolled in for a tumbling trio, Taiwan popcorn chicken, Lu ro fan, shoestring fries and pickled lotus root.

Upon delivery we are delighted with our order. Everyone was delighted. Atmosphere is low bc it is take out but clean and water ready.

With 2 kids 4 adults this was a nice stop on our afternoon pre-game adventure in Long Island City.“

“Neighborhood gem. Great decor, homey, comfortable but well appointed. I have dined here alone and with family, both times it was a good atmosphere. GM Michael is really good and runs a good staff. The food is delicious- good for all types of diet restrictions. Fresh ingredients well prepared. Last but not least also great cocktails. Host and server were friendly and attentive. “Super unique and delicious maple praline brown butter pancakes! More cake than pancake. The wait was not long to get a table and the service was prompt, professional, courteous, and didn’t leave us in want of anything. All of our needs were met. “Juqi was a nice dining experience. Most of the dishes when served were presented in a way to elevate one's dining experience. I was there for a birthday dinner and we were seated in a room. The table felt small at first but the waitstaff knew what to do that it never felt too crowded. Besides the food being good the waitstaff were consistent with changing plates and bringing the next course. Some of the dishes that stood out was the beef and tomato soup, the duck, the black rice that is set on fire (the aroma was pleasing where you're not sure what ingredients were put in) The soups were presented in a small ceramic bowl and tea lights were put underneath to keep it warm. This was a set menu and because there was a lot of food it was hard to keep track. Overall a good dinner out and a nice place for all group sizes to celebrate a special occasion or just a nice evening out.“

“I recently visited 787 Coffee Shop and had an amazing experience! I ordered a chai tea with oat milk, and it was absolutely perfect—smooth, flavorful, and with just the right balance of spices. “Great authentic cuisine that brings a little bit of Bolivia to the United States. The saltenas are absolutely amazing. The shell was cooked to perfection while the inside was a treat of flavors that was heavenly. The Silpancho had such great flavor. So authentic with the Carne lightly breaded and seasoned with the flavorful Zarza and a beet, carrot and vegetable salsa that complimented the egg and potato. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to experience a little part of Bolivia here in Queens, New York.“

“Great spot in the neighborhood to get a beer and entertainment. 5th really tries to give a visitor great value with live music and trivia nights. Their beer selection is nice and there is usually a food pop up when you get hungry. Dogs are a common visitor so if you don’t like them or are allergic you may want to make sure you find a seat away from our fury pals. It’s one of my favorite places in the area to hang out and witness some pretty good jazz and meet up with friends. LIC is a bit more modern and might be low on the history and charm of many neighborhoods in the city but 5th does a really great job of starting the area’s own vibe and identity.“

I liked the falafel which comes on a bed of tahini. The falafel were not dry and had good flavor. The tzatziki was a bit salty.
They have full bar and limited beer on draft. Prices were fair for location and quality.
Prices were mezze items ($9 each), shakshuka ($21) and a beer ($9), this is fair pricing. Chill environment overall.
Service was good. They have indoor or outdoor seating. The design inside is very interesting. Bathroom was clean.

“This review is for their coffee but also their workspace at their 80th street location. As for the coffee — it’s great. Definitely more expensive than an already expensive coffee shop (iced americano is $9) — but it’s good for sure.

Service and vibes are very nice. Emilio at the 80th street location is really awesome.

“We used to frequent the Astoria location which was always so great. The new Manhattan location is no different. Somewhat smaller, but just very cozy and very nice looking. Amazing food as always. The flavors and taste are just the best. No matter what you order you will not go wrong. The service is top notch and Rocco and his staff are just the best at what they do. “LITTLE FLOWER IS THE BEST CAFE EVERRR! They are so much more than just a cafe though, it's more like a movement or way of life for me at this point LOL. I love their food, their activism, and how they show up for our neighborhood. I have tried various things on their menu and it is all my favorite LOL! Came on a Saturday night and we sat down right away. The servers were very friendly and took the time to explain each part of the Thali we got.

Food:
- veg thali (4/5) - this is definitely a good bang for your buck, given that you can ask for refills. My favorite was the pea dish.
- veg jhol mojos (4.5/5) - nice deep flavor, the momos were solid. I’d be curious to try the chili ones and the fried ones next time.
- mango lassi (5/5) - everything you want mango lassi to be.

Braised pork is perfect, lunch special comes with rice a lil greens and egg. I love the pumpkin potsticker, they got a Carribbean curry flavor! Housemate drinks are a dollar, and there's plenty of options.“

“I came here because of their amazing 4.9 rating on Google Maps, however, I was not amazed by their food. I got curry puffs to start my dinner. The puffs were nice and flavorful. The outside was light and flaky, and the insides were well seasoned with nice texture. The sauce came with was too sweet to my liking. Personally I prefer eating it as it is. I pad see ew with shrimp and added beef($5). The flavor was nice and the shrimp was fresh and clean. However, the beef wasn’t so good especially when I paid $5 extra for them. It was too dry and chewy.
Overall, it’s a standard Thai restaurant. The food was nice but nothing special about it.“

Their Dutch baby “Primadonna” pancake and lobster roll are to die for. Much of what is on the menu it’s imported from Italy of the finest ingredients. It’s always fun to take the ferry across from Manhattan to the Pepsi Cola Sign and walk a couple of blocks. They can accommodate large groups, children, pets, wheelchairs, (you name it) at their outdoor seating. Run there. 😊💕“
