“The food was delicious, with the sushi tasting amazing. Excellent quality. The sake was also great quality and not too dry or bitter. We enjoyed several appetizers as well as sushi options. We were disappointed to learn that the omakase option on the menu was not available even with planning ahead.“

“You would think the food would be consistent from one PF Chang's to another but this is not the case.
We have been to many PF Chang's in many different states and we agree, the food in this location was by the far the best that we have had at any location. Our server was great. The only disappointment was the men's bathroom was nasty with urine on the floor and paper towels in the urinals. I mentioned this to the bartender who said they would take care of it right away. I saw the manager go to check it out but even a half hour later nothing had been done to correct it.“

“Jade spoon is the absolute best Chinese food I've ever had. It's consistently good and no matter what did I get I'm satisfied. I drive here out of my way specifically for how good it is. The prices are also terrific and everything on the menu is a winner.“

“Came here to eat in New Year’s Day. Miso soup was so good. We ordered many hand yolks between two people. There was one tool I didn’t like too much I can’t remember the name now but all the rest were fresh and delicious.
They even gave us a cute ice cream dessert“

“One of the remaining old school sit down Chinese restaurants with white table cloth. Prices are fair, food is fresh, service is great. If you want reliable Chinese food, Pearl East is your place to eat. The seafood soup is delicious, the paper shrimp is homemade, the soft filo around the shrimp is fried to perfection everytime. We always go for the Lobster with ginger and scallion, I highly recommend it. Fresh lobster! I am getting hungry just writing this review.“

“A reliable sushi spot that we keep coming back to when we’re in the area. We went around 5:30pm and were seated right away. It wasn’t too crowded initially, but picked up as the evening went on.

Parking on Mamaroneck Ave can be a bit tricky, but if you circle around, you’ll usually find something.

We like sitting near the front with a view of the street. Service is consistently good, and it’s nice seeing familiar staff over multiple visits.

We usually order a variety of rolls and share, which makes for a great mix. Everything is fresh, well presented, and tastes great. A Sapporo pairs perfectly with the meal.

Definitely a spot we’d recommend and continue to revisit.“

“This is your usual mom and pop shop that makes delicious food. Never too salty or too bland, portions are as expected, and pricing is good. I prefer the short 5-6 min drive to here vs. the 3-4 min walk to the spot closer to home because of the taste and quality. I'm actually eating chicken when I order my usual compared to Taste of China on Main St. Def recommend for a quick, affordable, and good meal.“

“Overall, Haiku is pretty good, they are consistent and I like them. To my understanding, there are 3 locations around me including the White Plains, Scarsdale and Bronxville locations. I have found that the Bronxville location ONLY charges me for a lesser substititution. I ordered a sushi roll and opted out of TUNA for a substitution that is cheaper in price, and I was charged a fee, again, only at this location, as I have done this at the White Plains/Scarsdale locations and no additional fee was charged. I cannot see why I was charged a fee, like I said, the replacement that I opted for is lesser in price than tuna and I believe the sushi is made fresh everytime, so I would say it was an INCONVENIENCE fee, but in this instance, I don't know if that can be applied, but who knows. Again, only at this location. Just a heads up for fellow customers.“

“The drunken noodles I got with chicken and it was amazing! Just the right amount of spice the noodles are thick and delicious. You can’t go wrong with their chicken lo mein or chicken fried rice either. My son loves their dumplings and I love the shrimp shumai. I’ve been getting take out from here for years Steam is the best in the area.“

“Holy Guacamole! I’ve been living in the area for years, I’ve always lived this place for the staple Chinese meals (chicken wings, chicken & broccoli, shrimp lo mien, egg rolls etc). I got into(very basic) sushi a few months ago& since then I’ve been ordering California Rolls, they are AMAZING. I ordered my food over the phone and spoke to a beautiful person on the phone, she was so sweet even when I got a little sassy with her totally my fault. I was hangry and I had a couple of drinks and did some gardening. My boyfriend suggested this place and could not stop raving about it. Bought $45 worth of food: sesame chicken with chicken fried rice, pork egg roll, scallion pancakes, fried dumplings, and a small pork fried rice 😊. We are already planning a date night to have some drinks and more food, want to try the sushi .“

“I chose the sushi deluxe, and I guess it’s similar to an omakase style. They told me it would be 9 pieces with one roll, and honestly, all the selections were great. The fish was very fresh and high quality. I was also really impressed by their service.

My friend and I were deep in conversation and lost track of time, but they never rushed us to leave. I will definitely be coming back and will make a reservation next time (we were lucky to get seats with no wait just by walking in)!“
