“Great place to check out on our trip to Niagara, we dropped by for breakfast, the owner himself is so lovely he was a delight to interact with, he is 80 and you can see pictures of him on the walls from when he was younger. The oranges were from his garden, the rest of the staff are also so lovely. There is also parking in the back of the restaurant.“

“I work next door at Chapters and the ladies here are always super sweet! We always have a small chat even if its a little busy. Starbucks is very expensive but the experience is much better than Tims. My drinks (usually fraps) are always made perfectly and are some of the best Starbucks drinks I've had!“

“Typical Starbucks overall, however we found that Jalen was an exemplary employee who worked efficiently and with great professionalism. The location was very busy and he managed the customers and the staff diligently. Under pressure, he spoke respectfully to his fellow staff to ensure efficiency, and was announcing who's drink he was making to ensure customers knew they were not forgotten amidst the busy-ness. We felt he deserved recognition as he really impressed us!“

“Never gets too busy from what I can tell. Unlike the 'fake' Starbucks on the main drag in NOTL, this one is a real Starbucks (accepts Star rewards, etc.) The staff are energetic and welcoming, sometimes I get the feeling they are happy to see anyone as it gets pretty slow at times.“

“I recently visited a Tim Hortons and the experience was pretty average. The coffee was okay, but not as fresh as I hoped. It had a slight bitter aftertaste, like it had been hanging around for a while. The donut I ordered was passable, but nothing great—a little dry. The service was also a little slow, even though there weren't many people. The staff didn't seem particularly motivated, and it seemed like they were just doing the minimum. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either—just average. I expected a little better, especially given Tim Hortons reputation.“

“This is a short walk down Queen Street in NOTL and a lovely, more rustic bakery. As soon as you walk near the door ... you're lured-in by those warm, bread-smells ... that will not be denied! I ordered the fresh croissant and also sausage rolls, and showed an immense amount of self-control after that (insert regret here re: the butter tarts). I also did some Christmas shopping - behind the register is a series of books written by local author Tom Taylor (all signed) about the many historical stories of Brock. The woman that served me was friendly and helpful. The baking: devine. And lots of other nicnak things you'd find in an old-school bakery. No seating here though.“

“They consistently make great drinks and get the orders right. I had made a mistake on my mobile order on Friday evening and meant to get an iced drink but had accidentally ordered it hot. I asked if it could be iced and they were more than accommodating and I overheard one employee answer another who questioned if it was ordered iced and they had said that “it doesn’t matter how it was ordered, if they want it iced we will give them iced.” I apologized at least 3 times as I felt bad and like a pain, but the same employee who I overheard gave me the drink and was very friendly and was so nice when I apologized again.
