“Went for a chocolate factory tour and the owner was absolutely amazing! The history is incredible and the chocolate is outstanding. We walked in about 30 mins before closing with 2 small kids and the owner welcomed us like family, gave our kids cookies while we got settled and ordered. They were so accommodating of our family. “Typical Starbucks overall, however we found that Jalen was an exemplary employee who worked efficiently and with great professionalism. The location was very busy and he managed the customers and the staff diligently. Under pressure, he spoke respectfully to his fellow staff to ensure efficiency, and was announcing who's drink he was making to ensure customers knew they were not forgotten amidst the busy-ness. We felt he deserved recognition as he really impressed us!“

It had a slight bitter aftertaste, like it had been hanging around for a while. The donut I ordered was passable, but nothing great—a little dry. The service was also a little slow, even though there weren't many people. The staff didn't seem particularly motivated, and it seemed like they were just doing the minimum. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either—just average. I expected a little better, especially given Tim Hortons reputation.“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!

“This Starbucks store at Niagara-on-the-Lake has a different layout than the other Starbucks stores across the major cities & towns.

The store wasn’t busy during the evening and the environment inside was nice and cozy. Our coffees were served extra hot as requested. The lady at the counter was friendly.
