“We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

“What a find in the Double Tree Hotel in East Syracuse, NY! We stopped for the night in East Syracuse on our way to Boston. We arrived late into the city and were looking for a place for a late-night meal. We lucked out with the find of the Season Tavern inside the Double Tree Hotel.Our first choice was the Salt City Smashed Burger. The burger arrived large with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese on a Brioche Bun/Roll with fries. The burger was great and the presentation was very good.Our second choice was the Street-Style Fish Tacos. This treat arrived with Red Snapper, Napp slaw, Pico De Gallo, Cotija cheese, Chipotle Aioli, lime, and Cilantro. All of this was served on our choice of either flour or corn tortillas. We picked the flour tortillas. We had a choice of either a salad or chips as a side. We went with the salad. Just like the burger the tacos were great and the presentation was very good. We enjoyed our meals with glasses of wine which were appropriately priced.Once again, I wish Google would allow ½ stars. The Season Tavern is a solid 4 ½ stars. This was great bar food at a reasonable price. The service was over the top; thank you, Ms Kim! We don't travel this way much, but if we do, we will make sure we stop and dine at the Season Tavern. The special was delicious (Belly Stuffer Philly cheese steak), and only $9.50 with fries and free refills on the soda fountain! I upgraded to a beer with mine, which only costs me $10.50! The owner, Josh, was very nice, as was the bar maid. The bathrooms were spotless, too. We sat at an outside table and really enjoyed our first visit. I read some old reviews that were negative, but I can say that was not our experience. We'll definitely be back again for more. Started out being Welcomed with Amazingly Friendly Customer Service Steve ordered the Philly Steak Omelet and they made me a Pepperoni, Bacon, Sausage & Broccoli with Swiss and Cheddar Chesse Omelet both were Amazing. Loved how ingredients were mixed into the eggs. Kim is so friendly and attentive as were all her employees, waitresses and buspeople. They were always cleaning up as soon as the customers left the table and the customers were friendly approached as soon as they walked into the restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming. “First time there and recommended by a friend/coworker. Highly recommend the chicken wing sandwich with a spicy kick. Sandy read is for Philadelphia Amoroso's. They also have fried foods there's about five to select from French fries. Pepsi can products in a slide door refrigerator. There a lot of steak sandwiches and options to choose from. Next sandwich I will try is the original with cheese and noticed a BLT sandwich at the bottom of the list. At work a lot people noticed the sandwich and said wow what is that buffalo chicken with sub from Gino's on South Main. Don't miss out and have to try!!

“I went to Chadwicks's for the first time a little while ago and had a wonderful experience. The Kitchen serves delicious food and the owner was kind and generous. Nicki, the bar tender was friendly and kind and made a mean cocktail. All I can say is come for the cocktails and stay for the food. I can't wait to go back!“
