“Love this place! Literally the best sushi I've ever had! Great food on their regular menu. Our favorites are Nambang Chicken, beef nachos, Beef Gyoza and their incredible fried strawberry ice cream dessert. Owners are always warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!“

“My family arrived at Sushi and Kimchi late in the evening right before their closing, but the host welcomed us and informed us what was available. We were so grateful. The food was authentic and delicious (My 80 year old Korean mom approved them too!!) and the service was beyond imaginable. We are very jealous of locals who can go eat there often. “Oh my gosh the food was amazing. The atmosphere for a date night was a 10 out of 10. Such a gem in the neighborhood. The surf and turf hand roll was immaculate. Had the ex-wife roll and literally it was so many flavors at once I was surprised at the creativity. The host and serving staff were also very timely and very welcoming. “We decided to try this sushi spot under its new ownership—and we’re so glad we did! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the menu had a great variety of rolls to choose from. My daughter ordered the Udon noodles, which were packed with flavor and served with crisp, fresh vegetables.

The sushi chef even surprised us with a complimentary roll as a thank-you for coming in—it was almost too beautiful to eat! And to top it off, they gave us each a serving of mochi ice cream on the house, which was a perfect sweet ending.

“So good . When you order takeout fried food, they wait to the last minute of your delivery time to put the food in the fryer. Don't complain if you have to wait a few extra minutes . To get hot crisp food instead of soggy cold stuff that steamed it self cold in the togo containers. LOVE THEM.“

“It is with a full stomach and heart that I am able to publicly share how wonderful Blu Sushi is. Not only is the fish the freshest, but it run by welcoming and friendly staff, chefs and owners. It is not often that you find a restaurant without any criticisms, but then I found Blu. The dining and take-out experiences are how all food establishments should be run. The staff are clearly happy and supported which makes it, without question, a smaller establishment that I am happy to patronize. If you are reading this and considering ordering or not, just do it. “Have been for takeout and always love the price and quality. We ate in for the first time time week as expected great quality and price but the service left my entire party happy. We felt welcome as a party of 8 celebrating a birthday felt as relaxed as if we were home. Benny our waiter was top notch, attentive, polite and just amazing. “We always order takeout through doordash. Yesterday, we dine in to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. The food was good as always, especially the crispy spicy tuna which we love most. We had a good time.“

“We absolutely love it here at Kobe. We’re local to New City and used to go to another Japanese restaurant until we discovered Kobe about 4yrs ago. Since then we are regulars, we all love it - my husband and 3 daughters. We celebrate almost all of our family birthdays here - it’s always a good time. They always have something fun going on, most recently we attended their Anniversary party and everyone who attended had the opportunity to win a prize . They really appreciate their customers . The fish is fresh, the martinis are strong, the staff is always so gracious and pleasant. I can’t believe I hadn’t left a review sooner . “This loosely Chinese/Japanese food is a safe choice if you want a meal that will fill you that isn't expensive in terms of Chinese/Japanese take-away.

Parking: A decent sized parking lot. Midday and evening are definitely the busiest times.

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps allows an ease of use for wheelchair bound indoviduals.“

“I’ve been coming to hinode since I was a kid. the sushi is always fresh and tasty. I live 45 minutes away and still take a trip over whenever I want to treat myself to good food. I will be returning in a few days for my birthday.

Also saw someone left a review about there not being a bathroom which made me laugh, there is a bathroom and Ive washed my hands in it every time Ive visited since I was a little girl - they must have the wrong place.“

“Usually, take out sushi is a coin flip. Good sushi chefs do not recommend eating take out sushi as the flavor will change within 20 minutes. I’ve eaten great sushi in many, many places and great sushi at the restaurant does not translate into great take out, Min Sushi is the best take out sushi I’ve ever had hands down…. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is the wait time, for a family platter you better give it at least an hour, worth every minute of the wait tho! We’ve ordered the P8 several times, great every time.“

“We’ve been here many times, and the service is always excellent. It’s a great spot to visit, especially if someone in the group isn’t a fan of seafood. Although it’s a seafood restaurant, they offer a variety of delicious Korean dishes. Our favorites are 김치찌개, 돈까스, and 한치회무침—which almost tastes like 물회, just without the soup. All the rolls are fantastic as well. Highly recommend!“
