“A friend and I met for early breakfast at the House Kitchen for the first time. The food and service was excellent. I had a breakfast burrito with ham and my friend had the ‘hangry’ sandwich. We also got some fried cheese and plantains from the self-service buffet section (pay by weight). The burrito and the Hangry Sandwich were both very large and tasty. We were both quite full. The service (family owned) was very good; the staff was very pleasant and kind, explaining various menu items to us. The place is small with a few table but very pleasantly decorated. We would definitely recommend it for breakfast or lunch.“

“Got the sausage and cheese on ciabatta & cappuccino. Ciabatta was very soft and the sandwich had a good amount of sausage and egg. There are a lot of baked goods and it's next to the MNR station. So it's a good spot for eating & train spotting“

“I’m afraid to be too honest about how much I loved my first visit to The Tasty Table for fear that the more of us who share the less chance I’ll get a table…but…it’s great!! I can hardly wait to return! Sunday brunch is fantastic! Busy and absolutely worth the wait! I had their delicious shakshuka and an early grey tea while my friend had the hamburger and a cappuccino. We both loved it!!! We ate outside which was lovely, but inside is even more lovely! The design is farmhouse chic meets French patisserie…a great combo!!! And…the staff was kind and generous!! “i like this place. i really do. the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with butter is what i get all the time. but i really hate it when i call & then they ask me what i want, i tell them what i want and they say “hold on” and take other customers and leave me hanging on the phone for like five minutes. one time they completely neglected me on the phone for 10 minutes. what’s up with that? i love yall down but please stop doing that?“
