“We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Please take a moment to recognize these 2 for incredible service. I did sent this to the corporate office as well, I do hope these 2 gentlemen are singled out for going above and beyond.“

I must say the place was very clean food was fresh and the staff was very welcoming professional and most of kind. Jarmar, Chad, Jason, Chyna, Ava and Tyler all were working hard and doing so with beautiful smiles on their faces and we were able to have a laugh or two! Service was impeccable. “The owner and staff are relatively friendly. The business does not seem to get much incoming traffic. They do have regulars, which is good. Their menu is a fairly decent size and selection. The environment is quiet, peaceful, and very clean! They offer a variety of bottled beverages, sides, chips, and a small selection of desserts. My dad and I ordered the 24-inch Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, which was chicken with buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese sauce. The buffalo sauce had a kick, although it was not too spicy. The blue cheese sauce was creamy and shockingly tasty. This especially surprised me since I do not like blue cheese, and I enjoyed theirs. The owner was nice enough to offer lettuce, tomato, and onion. We opted out since my dad does not eat any of those. Otherwise, I would have added them. I was also unsure if they would have put them on only half the sandwich. The size we ordered was the largest of the three sandwich sizes.The three sizes are Small, Primo, and Whole. The sandwich was considerably delightful. The bread was warm, fresh, and toasted. The chicken seemed to be grilled white meat; particularly, I believe it was breast meat. In fact they even put a great portion of chicken within the sandwich. The buffalo sauce was not too spicy, just a little kick and pretty tolerable. My dad felt the drink he had with his half-help relieved the spice and felt the drink was needed to help eat the sandwich to avoid any spice. The blue cheese was creamy and really tasty, as previously mentioned. The prepacked dessert(the killer brownie company "flavor kitchen sink")was definitely not the highlight of this place. I felt it was slightly soft and crunchy. Just particularly unappetizing, and I would not get it again. Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable and pleasant. It was nice to try a new place while exploring a new area!“

My first Jersey Mike’s experience was in Nanuet and because of the rude manager I would rather drive further to Stonypoint where the energy is positive.“

I wish every restaurant I went to had a Tanner working there. And he made recommendations on our sandwiches that made them so much more tastier.

“I showed up here late at night 30 mins before closing. And before i went in i said awe these guys are probably going to be cleaning up and all mad that i comin in so late. But i walked in and a guy made me one of the best subway sandwiches i had ever had. And i know hes just pitting ingredients in there but it was the way he folded it. They always fold it wrong. They always put the meats in the center instead of on the side and it doesnt make it like a porportioned sandwich. But this guy placed those ingredients perfectly onto that bun. And he smiled and joked with me as he made the sandwich. And he deserves a raise if not 2. Go hit subway night shift on thursday at this location. My boy will hook you up“

“Crystal is a true leader and customer experience ChAMPION! Ordering online was challenge. I was ordering for 14 people.. I called the location for help. The man that answered offered me his bosses cell number as my order was to BIG to take during the “lunch rush” hour . I was placed on hold and Crystal joined the call. She offered solutions, looked for ways to help and most importantly was able to complete my order with a smile. The team of people working when I arrived were all very nice and asked Crystal how they can help with the large order. I was very satisfied with the service and treatment at the Subway. The store manager Joshua is also superlative - so professional and focused on providing excellent service and product to everyone. We feel lucky to have found such a great place for delicious sandwiches near to us - our favorites of course the #10 Tuna (great hack: heat it up in airfryer first when you get it home) and the Roast Beef and Provolone.
