“We absolutely love it here at Kobe. We’re local to New City and used to go to another Japanese restaurant until we discovered Kobe about 4yrs ago. Since then we are regulars, we all love it - my husband and 3 daughters. We celebrate almost all of our family birthdays here - it’s always a good time. They always have something fun going on, most recently we attended their Anniversary party and everyone who attended had the opportunity to win a prize . They really appreciate their customers . The fish is fresh, the martinis are strong, the staff is always so gracious and pleasant. I can’t believe I hadn’t left a review sooner . We love KOBE it’s the best restaurant in New City in my opinion.“

“This loosely Chinese/Japanese food is a safe choice if you want a meal that will fill you that isn't expensive in terms of Chinese/Japanese take-away.

Parking: A decent sized parking lot. Midday and evening are definitely the busiest times.

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps allows an ease of use for wheelchair bound indoviduals.“

“We had dinner at Matsu on Friday......its a little gem in Hillsdale. We were pleasantly surprised, by the quality and quantity of the food. The Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They very friendly and warm. It was a most enjoyable dinner. We have ordered food to takeout but hadn't been inside the restaurant since the pandemic.... We will definitely go again soon. “Samurai is a great go to spot. We normally do take out. Portion sizes are much smaller when taking out, at least when it comes to habatchi.

The wait staff were amazing so attentive and helpful. Beer was super cold and the leche martini is highly recommended.

The food however was a bit salty, and came out very spread out. The meat had little flavor…be sure to ask for lite soy sauce.

The sushi however is great. Anything on the menu.

“I had a wonderful date night yesterday at Osaka. I randomly had a taste for hibachi so I searched and came across this location in Tarrytown. Although it was a 30 min drive from home we decided to try our luck. When we arrived, to surprise it was jammed packed however they say us down and we had drinks while we waited. The hostess was very attentive during our wait and even provided edamame on the house because the wait was quite extensive due to 3 birthday celebration which were lagging at each table. Once we were seated the food was made fairly quick and my partner and I enjoyed our meals. The noodles were a bit salty but overall my I really enjoyed my meal and my partner even told me my pick was a great choice! I will be back soon!“

“We’ve been here many times, and the service is always excellent. It’s a great spot to visit, especially if someone in the group isn’t a fan of seafood. Although it’s a seafood restaurant, they offer a variety of delicious Korean dishes. Our favorites are 김치찌개, 돈까스, and 한치회무침—which almost tastes like 물회, just without the soup. All the rolls are fantastic as well. Highly recommend!“

“Masa is our sushi place. It’s like home. We had to go to another sushi restaurant because masa was all booked up. I wanted to cry because these other places just don’t compare.
