25 Best Pizza Restaurants in New Rochelle

“This was my first time entering this pizza shop. My husband works at the hospital, so I caught the train to New Rochelle to meet him but I was very hungry and was craving pizza all day. I googled pizza shop near me and I believe 3 popped up. Well I chose Mario’s shop, and was not disappointed. Something about that pizza sauce was different. It was so delicious and the crunchy crust was everything!!!! My husband told me I made a “good choice” after he swallowed his slices lol. I’m adding this shot to my list for sure. Oh and thank you so much for the seltzer water😉, your customer service was top tier!! 👍🏾“

“I had the pleasure of dining at Terranova last night, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish.

Food: Let’s talk about the pizza—phenomenal! I ordered the classic Margherita, and every bite was a perfect balance of fresh mozzarella, tangy tomato sauce, and a perfectly crisp yet chewy crust. The flavors were simple but rich, showcasing high-quality ingredients that really stood out. We also tried their chicken rolls which were loaded with chicken, sauce and seasonings —absolutely delicious. The crust was light and airy, and the price point is spot on, cant complain. And if you have room for dessert, their lava cake was a perfect, creamy chocolatey finish to a wonderful meal.

Atmosphere: The ambiance at Terranova's is warm and inviting—perfect for a cozy little dinner with friends or family. The newly painted decor with wooden tables, and soft lighting made the space feel both intimate and welcoming. A great place to have a conversation comfortably. There was some light background music playing the most recent hits. I asked the owner for a certain song and he was kind enough to play it for me, no questions asked. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger longer, eat more and enjoying the great atmosphere.

Service: The service was top-notch. The gentleman that helped us, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. I believe he was the owner, Gavin. He gave excellent recommendations and was quick to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff worked seamlessly together, and it felt like they truly cared about our dining experience. Even though the restaurant was somewhat busy, we never felt rushed, and our food came out at the perfect pace.

Overall, Terranova's is a fantastic spot for anyone craving delicious pizza, amongst many other items, a cozy atmosphere, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone in the area!“

“I have been coming to Prime Time since I was a child and it never disappoints. Even though I no longer live in the area, any chance I get when I’m back in town I always get a pie to bring home for the freezer. This is simply the best pizza in town. It’s always fresh and delicious.“

“I've ordered all kinds of weird pizza abominations from them and they've always done a good job and not judged me. 4 stars instead of 5 because one time my boyfriend ordered garlic on his pizza and they gave him SO much garlic on that pizza that it stank up our entire house and gave him garlic breath for 2 straight days. They charge 3 dollars extra on each item. Then for delivery where most places it is free. I made this make. Most places don’t know until you address it with the owner. Order Direct Aboid the Issues ofVold Food with MultipleDeliveries.I was in the area returning a book we were hungry. I asked for two slices from a fresh pie. The pizza was delicious the crust was crispy not burnt or hard. The man and women were super friendly. And the atmosphere was clean and delightful watch some soccer while we eat definitely would recommend

“Very nice and friendly staff. Store is clean and the restroom very very clean too. I ordered latte with oat milk and falafel pocket and they were so fast. Was too easy to park our car. They have also drive-thru but for me it is more convenient to go to the store and see what they offer.“
