The building itself is a single-storey stone structure, crafted from locally sourced Queenston limestone, whose natural texture harmonizes beautifully with the surrounding stone monuments and park features. The New Year’s Day brunch is carefully curated and delicious, offering a delightful variety including daily chef’s soup, hot antipasti, fresh salads, hot dishes, a gourmet dessert station, and a live carving station. Priced at $55 per person, the meal is complemented by attentive, friendly, and welcoming service.
Brunch seating is available at 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., with advance reservations strongly recommended. Window tables are especially popular and require early booking—even with a reservation made a month in advance, window seats may not be guaranteed.

“A Hidden Gem of Flavor and Freshness!!!! AG Inspired Cuisine is a true culinary treasure. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience rooted in passion and purpose. The farm-to-table concept is taken to the next level here, as they source everything from their own farm, including fresh produce, house-made fruit preserves, and even their own honey, which you can purchase by the jar. The menu is creative and thoughtfully curated, offering dishes that are both unique and incredibly flavorful. The beef tenderloin was unbelievably tender and bursting with depth—easily one of the best I’ve had. The candied salmon appetizer was a perfect start—sweet, savory, and beautifully balanced. And don’t leave without trying the tiramisu gelato. It’s made in-house and is absolutely out of this world—creamy, rich, and a perfect finish to the meal. AG Inspired Cuisine truly lives up to its name. It’s clear that every dish is crafted with care and intention. I can’t wait to go back!“

“We had breakfast at this restaurant the 2 days we stayed at Niagara. Both the western style ( eggs, bacon and toast ) as well as the Indian one ( a traditional Indian style wrap of potatoes with chutney and yogurt ) were absolutely delicious.
Moreover the atmosphere that the owner/ cook has makes you feel like she's preparing it for a family member so 5 starts aren't enough to show our gratitude for a.n excellent service.
Two absolute thumbs up to this restaurant.“

“We visited Turtle Jacks while on vacation. The food was excellent, but two servers that were in the place were not nice and did not want to serve us. Until Jen who was amazing. We sat there for 30 minutes and the two servers kept walking pass us like we didn't exist. At that point my husband and I were getting ready to walk out until Jen came over, she apologized for the delay and service. She gave us the BEST service ever. She went above and beyond ! Thank you JEN you made our experience at Turtle Jack GREAT!“

“We celebrated the last day of the year at Trius Winery & Restaurant, and it was nothing short of magical – the perfect way to ring in the new year! From the moment we arrived, the warm and elegant atmosphere set the tone for an extraordinary evening.
The food was absolutely outstanding: every dish was beautifully presented, bursting with fresh, seasonal flavors, and crafted with incredible creativity by Executive Chef Frank Dodd. The locally inspired cuisine truly shone, with perfect execution and thoughtful details that made each course a delight.
The wines were exceptional – flawless pairings that elevated the meal to another level. As expected from a pioneering Niagara winery, the selection (including their renowned sparkling and Icewine) was world-class and complemented the food brilliantly.
The presentation and service were impeccable: attentive, knowledgeable staff who made us feel truly special on this festive night. The stunning vineyard setting added to the romance and charm.

“Wow! We visited just this past weekend.
We were seated right next to the windows with an incredible view. It was not busy thanks to off season and we arrived right as dinner service was seating.
Our waiter was so lovely! I noticed him watching as our food was being plated & he immediately delivered probably one of my favourite meals to date.
The braised beef was expertly cooked, perfectly seasoned (not too much but just enough) with an amazing portion size, the mashed potato was the perfect texture & flavour, & the veg was cooked well & in large quantity. Hats off to the kitchen.
Our drinks were also great.
We were very impressed with the menu (gluten free options that I actually wanted to eat) and we thought the pricing was extremely reasonable. I have paid that for a much less quality meal.
I’m done rambling but I did want to thank all the staff for an incredible evening.“

“First time trying this restaurant! We ordered takeout since it was way too cold to leave the hotel room. The food arrived still hot even after 30 minutes, which was impressive. Portions are huge—easily enough to feed 6–8 people.
The kids absolutely loved the Chinese lo mein; it disappeared fast. My only downsides were that the beef and pepper garlic dish had a bit too much pepper for my taste, and the BBQ pork in the chop suey was slightly dry.
Other than that, everything else was really good and definitely worth trying.“

It was made with the kind of attention and pride that you rarely see (especially within a corporation like Starbucks). You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Scarlet treats every single customer like they matter. She remembers faces, offers thoughtful suggestions, and makes even a quick coffee run feel special. People like her are the reason Starbucks feels like a little bright spot in the day. Skylon Tower Starbucks is incredibly lucky to have someone as exceptional as Scarlet.
