“Went in for dinner tonight for the first time and it was INCREDIBLE! A wide variety of drinks and food! Staff was attentive and friendly. They answered any questions we had about the menu. Even though it’s not sit down service the staff still brought us extra plates when needed and offered cups of water which was nice! Food came out fresh and hot! We will return again for more!! :)“

“It was an early morning and the line was long. But the lady taking the order is so sweet and she greets everyone. She’s also sooo efficient in taking orders so the line moves very fast. Food and drinks also came out very quickly. Best experience at a Dunkin!“

“I worked for silo for a while. the staff is great so are the cooks. they can push food out fast! the wait can be longer then expected if you have over 8 people for a party! you will not get setted untill all your party's are there due to how big the party. its easier for the staff to take all the orders at once, get all the food out at once. the bartender are amazing who make all the drink 🍸. keep in mind that it does get busy throughout the day! Please be patient with the staff that are working. they are doing they're best. I miss my crew in the back of the house! might have to stop by with candy for the staff! “Overall great experience, great breakfast for on the go. Drink was mostly correct but definitely not blonde espresso. Definitely not even espresso in my shaken espresso. Tastes good, but it's either iced coffee or cold brew being used. Nothing else to really critique. It's a clean atmosphere and the staff is amazing.“

“Don’t have a Tim Hortons where I’m from in western NC. This is fast food? Dang! The breakfast burrito is second only to a homemade breakfast burrito over a campfire on a cold foggy fall morning. The coffee is smooth too! I’m not a big coffee guy, bitter is my least favorite flavor profile, but TH knows their stuff. It’s smooth, flavorful, and not too scalding hot to burn yourself. Excellent experience (I’ve went twice this week), highly recommend!“

“Not only is the coffee always perfect but the staff at this Tim's is the friendliest ive seen, and I have been to many Tims. I work close by so often eat both breakfast and lunch here. I love the ice cap and breakfast sandwiches, but I go here mostly because customers are treated so well.“

“Love sitting inside near giant glass windows... or outside in warm weather. Wonderful, lovely music. Quiet atmosphere. Food is very good & generous portions. Nice variety of coffees & teas. Also really enjoy looking at all the decor, based on Susan B. Anthony & other important women. Location is where she originally (illegally) voted ! Friendly, nice place > to meet or on your own.“

“It's not quite like Tim's in Canada, but close. You can't order double-double/triple-triple, you have to doctor it yourself 😓. And they don't have steeped tea, just tea bags like anywhere else. But, the tea does taste about right once it's ready, just a little more hassle to get there.

They are very friendly at this location.“

“I like this location. The people are very friendly, great energy and usually are on top of the orders. Today, I’m sad to report that when I received my order, I was disappointed. I ordered an everything bagel with avocado spread, hash browns and a sweet tea. Half my bagel didn’t have the spread on it at all and the hash brown were warm on top and mushy and cold in the middle. Because I’m at work, I wasn’t able to go back to ask for another bagel & hash browns, so it’s a big inconvenience.“

“This is by far my favorite coffee shop on campus. They serve finger lakes coffee and light snacks along with shakes. I would advise against eating the food as I have noticed that it tends to sit in the fisplay case over night, sometimes for about a week before it "disappears" for new stuff. The service is quick and professional.“

“It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead of five star rating.“
