“Went in for dinner tonight for the first time and it was INCREDIBLE! A wide variety of drinks and food! Staff was attentive and friendly. They answered any questions we had about the menu. Even though it’s not sit down service the staff still brought us extra plates when needed and offered cups of water which was nice! Food came out fresh and hot! We will return again for more!! :)“

“Ok so people don’t understand how to rate an establishment on Google… people, your rating needs to be based on where you are and relative to that environment: if you’re in a mall looking for fine dining… guess what? You’re not going to be happy (generally speaking). Likewise, if you’re in an airport and want cheap, high quality food… guess what? You’re going to be disappointed.

Gusto is not cheap, but it is high quality, handmade food, with what seem to be high quality ingredients. Furthermore, the staff and ambiance/seating/atmosphere of Gusto is a 10/10 (for an airport). They do a terrific job here. Had the chicken pesto panini (and three beers) and it was fabulous. Will eat here again.“

“Overall great experience, great breakfast for on the go. Drink was mostly correct but definitely not blonde espresso. Definitely not even espresso in my shaken espresso. Tastes good, but it's either iced coffee or cold brew being used. Nothing else to really critique. It's a clean atmosphere and the staff is amazing.“

“I worked for silo for a while. the staff is great so are the cooks. they can push food out fast! the wait can be longer then expected if you have over 8 people for a party! you will not get setted untill all your party's are there due to how big the party. its easier for the staff to take all the orders at once, get all the food out at once. the bartender are amazing who make all the drink 🍸. keep in mind that it does get busy throughout the day! Please be patient with the staff that are working. they are doing they're best. I miss my crew in the back of the house! might have to stop by with candy for the staff! I'd definitely get a drink here again at this location while I shop around Target with my husband and children:)I love that they have lots of cup options! I always grab a drink here while I shop around Target ? . The staff is always fast and friendly :):) I do wish though, that they still had the lemon bread / cake slices like they used to. Maybe as the pandemic slows down; they'll bring back more of their menu items. :)“

“So far this location is good with making the food consistent.

Although I've had a few orders missing something I order here a lot so it's far and few in between, could chalk it up to not speaking loud enough into the drive thru speaker too.

Every time I've made sure to speak up and confirm what I ordered before pulling up I've always gotten everything I ordered.

“Love sitting inside near giant glass windows... or outside in warm weather. Wonderful, lovely music. Quiet atmosphere. Food is very good & generous portions. Nice variety of coffees & teas. Also really enjoy looking at all the decor, based on Susan B. Anthony & other important women. Location is where she originally (illegally) voted ! Friendly, nice place > to meet or on your own.“

“The young lady working this afternoon was a great blessing to me as I'd been working all night and going first thing this morning I'm so exhausted. She made sure that I had enough to eat and was very professional. Even the young man who was with her did a great job in serving me. “It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead of five star rating.“

“I love coming here everybody is always so nice. It is hard to find good customer service skills these days but they definitely have it, and are an absolute pleasure to be around. “I like this location. The people are very friendly, great energy and usually are on top of the orders. Today, I’m sad to report that when I received my order, I was disappointed. I ordered an everything bagel with avocado spread, hash browns and a sweet tea. Half my bagel didn’t have the spread on it at all and the hash brown were warm on top and mushy and cold in the middle. Because I’m at work, I wasn’t able to go back to ask for another bagel & hash browns, so it’s a big inconvenience.“

“This is by far my favorite coffee shop on campus. They serve finger lakes coffee and light snacks along with shakes. I would advise against eating the food as I have noticed that it tends to sit in the fisplay case over night, sometimes for about a week before it "disappears" for new stuff. The service is quick and professional.“

Parking: At peak times you may not find a parking spot so you would have to use the drive thru.
