“Food is always amazing, and I will never stop going there, but one thing confuses me. Every time I order a gluten free meal for takeout, there is a giant hunk of bread in the bag. With the gluten free meal. After calling and indicating a gluten allergy. So my wife has to remove the bread and clean the container before I can eat. It's worth the trouble, but it seems like a no-brainer that when someone orders gluten free, there shouldn't be bread in the bag.“

I thought that was excellent customer service, not too often found anymore. I went this evening and not only received my credit but an additional pizza as well. Unfortunately last night we had a different experience the moment we walked in the door. Hostess was very unfriendly and dismissive, no eye contact and acted like she was doing us a favor seating us! Thankfully, like always, the rest of our dining experience was amazing!“

“I’m a tenant in the 400 plus units at Abbey Woods - just a mile from the restaurant and definitely NOT in favor of your delivery policy.
I have to meet your driver 3 stories down at the front door because they will not come in the building to deliver/ your place is the restaurant in town that has this ridiculous idea of how to do business! It definitely affects me as to where I’m going to order from as I’m sure other tenants feel the same way.
Having said that - I think I just had the BEST meatball grinder that I’ve had in years.
I think I would use you more often if only you allowed your delivery folks to use the elevator 🤔🤔“

“I met Luigi for the first time this weekend. He treated me like family, insisted I have a glass of wine while waiting for my order. We shared a little bit of life story with each other, and he sent me home with 2 desserts and the best pizza I have eaten in a while!! “The best Sicilian in Putnam County. Crunchy bottom, soft and tasty inside. My husband and I get a whole pie, it’s the best fresh out of the oven, we eat two or three slices in the restaurant and take home the rest, freeze for lunches. Bring a devoted Sicilian slice customer I ventured out to a salad, not any salad, their Asian salad. Cold crisp romaine lettuce, crispy chow mein noodles, sliced almonds and mandarin oranges, and the best Asian dressing. Really a very enjoyable salad. A great place for good food and great staff.“

We walked in with no reservations and the manager snuck us right in and we even got to the listen to an amazing singer. We have been here a few times, this was by far the most fun we had. “Mezzaluna restaurant is a great place to visit. I live in South Carolina and when my wife and I travel to NY we always visit Mezzaluna several times a week. The food and service is always excellent as is our usual waiter, Nick. He is great at his job, very friendly, observant, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. “TakeOut Pizza. I am a real foody. Come from NYC. This is the closest thing to NYC pizza I've had since moving to Putnam, then Westchester, and now Fairfield county. Always on time for take out. Pizza well made. Any issues are resolved without difficulty and with apologies. LOVE IT. I have not tried any other meals since I am a home chef and eat this pizza when in a pinch.“

Everything was perfect- Raquel was a tremendous help and she took all the stress away from hosting a large party. I HIGHLY recommend using them for anyone looking for catering a large event. Bladimir, Joline and all the staff were very accommodating- we even called and got 10+pizzas delivered the day after the wedding too!! Huge Hit!!“
